Bed bugs, roaches, bite marks all on my kids body!!! 2nd floor is infested with roaches.. Do not stay here!!!

Not horrible but not great. Tub stopper didnt exist. Bringing your own dirty towels to get clean ones is ridiculous and then they didnt have enough clean. One tiny trash can and no housekeeping unless you stay more than 7 days. I do realize it is extended stay but not everyone lives there.

My husband and I are currently in between residences and we stayed at a few different hotels before landing here and I wish we had just came here from the beginning! Considering it's an extended stay, it's not out of the ordinary that we'd be here for more than a few days and it's the first hotel that treated us as welcome to do so! For the price, it's great. It's a huge hotel so not everyone's in your business, BUT the hotel staff has surprised me by remembering me some easily. It's quiet for the most part and although a bit, um, lived in.. It's very clean. The kitchenettess have granite counters and in the two weeks that I've been here, I've never seen anything other than acceptable cleanliness. There's not really a breakfast but they put out coffee and granola bars and oatmeal in the mornings which is just fine by me. Only kinda bummer thing is you have to pay if you want DECENT wifi. The free wifi can't handle my roku. But.. Good area, good hotel!

This was the worst room I've ever seen. I checked out as soon as I saw the conditions of the room. It should NOT be offered as an option period. It was a complete eyesore. There were stains on the couch, the chair was in a horrible condition and looked like it was picked up from goodwill. The fridge was rusty and looked like it was picked up from an abandoned property. When I spoke with front desk and demanded another room, they had none. It was literally the last room available, which should never be offered to anyone. They had two elevators, so finding the rooms and coming down to the reception area was like going through a maze. The front desk lady was understanding and she refunded my money right away. Great location, but did not live up to expectation. They also offered no breakfast. Come on folks! You can't keep charging high rates and offer nothing in return. I'd skip this hotel if I were you!

The room had no heat, no shower curtain in the bathroom. The hall smelled like marijuana. The bed was not a queen and every time you moved you could hear the springs.

Toilet didn’t work, sinks broken and mouse droppings inside the pull out mattress. Would never stay here. The front desk had one employee who was great but only her working and she did her best to accommodate us but the hotel itself if horrible

First of all a train passed every 30 minutes seem like, the hallway carpet smelled horrible only one wash cloth no coffee pot or coffee made in the lobby. All night I felt like something was biting me.

The staff were disorganized. The room had a foul smell. The glaze in the bathtub was coming off. The refrigerator was dirty and had rust on the side and top of it. The main hallway smelled like dog poop a vomit to the point of nausea. Also there was trash spread throughout the second floor.

Front desk staff rude, argumentative. Rooms are terrible! Dirty, old, worn down. Mirror is BEHIND TV- completely blocking, unable to use. Holes and dents in the walls, bathroom and basically everywhere. Strong odor of bug or roach spray through whole hotel. Uber driver says its known as a place for " working girls" and to be careful.

When we pulled up there was an ambulance and a fire truck and a man's unconscious body was being pulled out. It was late enough in the evening i didnt want to find another place after flying in from Denver. A member of the staff commented on my body asking "If they could have some of my hips." The TV didnt work. The pool was disgusting. There was mold growing on the water and up the sides. Most of the front desk staff didnt even greet us or divert their attention from there phones when we walked by. It was my son's birthday so we were busy with activities which is why i just stayed. We were hardly there. I watched movies on my phone and went to sleep. I would not stay again or recommend it to anyone. I cleaned my room because it gave me the vibe that they would charge me if i didnt. Zero out of whatever amount of stars.

There were so many roaches in this place. They never had towels ready when we needed them. No dishes for us to use. Understaffed. The entire place needed to be updated. Broken dirty pull out couches. Do not waste your money and stay here. Definitely the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

No available towels at one point. My family and I had 4 rooms and 3 had either live or dead roaches. One of our rooms had a constant water leak from the a/c. Several areas had a bad smell. My room key stopped working on several outside doors. One day the breakfast was put away 20 mins early leaving one of our family members not able to get any.

First of the all, the elevator was out, luckily I was only on the 2nd floor so it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. Check in and check was good, friendly staff.. But, I will point out, I was in Room 215 and I saw a few cockroaches. Luckily I didn’t have any food with me or else I’m sure more would of popped up. So, in the future that can’t happen. Hoping the manager sees this so there can be some corrective action!

Upon arriving at the property we checked in and went to our room, as we got into our room our door handle fell off. The side door exits and entries wouldn’t read our keycards a majority of the time, and they charged my partners card a extra $72 while we were still in the hotel. When inquired about it they shifted blame else where when it was their business that pulled the funds. Upon sending an email complaint about that issue there was no response. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was great and hotel was clean but the breakfast was a joke. 6 small packaged muffins, 4 granola bars, and packaged oatmeal and coffee only isn’t breakfast. Also the other guest staying there ummm we’re quite questionable and you could smell someone smoking all in the hotel. The pool was also closed even though it is during the season.

This was a quick trip and didn’t spend much time in the room. Great location and met our needs. It was nice to have a full sized fridge and separate sitting area. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We went to Space Cowboys game and Ubered for $10 each way!

The staff are great and friendly. I didn’t have money to buy water and the lady that checked me in gave me her own water. There’s a women that does the over nights pleasantly thick was great and very kind and happy to be around.
