It was nice and tidy

Waiting for the okay for my new apartment in Fresno

The granite shower walls, beautiful tile floors. Very classy. Downtown Fresno accessible. Peace and quiet. Huge King sized bed, i slept like a baby.

I stay here because of the invluded breakfasr but breakfast is not available anymore.

The rooms were renovated and very upscale modern look. Well lighted and bed was very comfort able.

Old building. Heating and cooling system is obsolete. No breakfast.

Comfortable and clean room. Service was prompt. Hotel is clean and within walking distance to the theater we went.

I chose this for convenience, location, and affordable preis. I used it only for a very short stay, too bad I could not explore the surroundings. It has fulfilled all my expectations.

This hotel was perfect for our stay.

People dont respect others sleeping. Walls too thin. The Room above us was noisy, people were so noisy at 1am. When someone would walk the ceiling would crack. At 7am people had music already. I wasn’t happy at all. I didn’t sleep.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and sufficient for basic needs. I would have liked blackout curtains too shield the bright light outside the door. There's not much happening in the neighborhood as far as restaurants and entertainment, but a short walk or bus ride will give you more options.

The property seemed clean but there was no Ice maker and couldn't find any vending machines.

Room door wasn’t properly sealed so the ac didn’t cool the room. Had to seal the door with towels. The room was never under 80 degrees. Other than that, staff was friendly, room was clean and nice.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for the conference center, and staff were helpful. The door to the room was slightly broken and difficult to close, which was annoying but not a critical problem. Good value for the relatively low cost.

Nicely renovated room

Dont ever get a non-refundable room. First room ac and tv didnt work. Second room tv worked. Was told to give it time for the room to cool down. Everyone was sweating with red faces. This included my 2 year old that was in a pack n play right in front of the ac. Was told since its hot outside, it will take time for the room to cool. Gave it time still so hot. Called around for a different hotel. Told the front desk its still to hot. She should bring everyone outside to cool down on the curb. Nope i was done. I went somewhere else. I contacted expedia to get my money back since it was unsafe conditions. My boys could have gotten heat stroke. Did i get a refund. Nope.

Lady at the front desk keep telling people to throw away your trash

250$ deposit is BS on a 100$ room! This should be stated before booking. Staff lady was very rude. Rooms are newly remodeled inside, look and feel great. But the outside looks run down maybe still under construction.

We check in at 11:10 p.m to a room that was horrible. We found 2 roaches, carpet burn marks on the gound and the mirror on the wall was on the floor. I had to speak to then front desk agent 2 times before he moved us. The first time he said there wasnt any rooms available the 2nd time he moved us thankfully. The other room was much better but also had issues. Its sad to say but im disappointed with my stay. I worked 5 years at a worldmark by Wyndham and never saw rooms this bad or low quality.

The rooms are fully remodeled and updated. The location is great - walking distance to things. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Homeless and shady people all around. When we first arrived we got our room keys after a little wait. Went to try to get into the room and the keys wouldn’t open the door. Had to go back and get them activated again. Not a big deal. When we got into the room it had an extremely overpowering smell of paint to the point of causing migraines. The bed was dirty. We were going to stay there after a concert we were attending, but decided to just make the long drive home the same night instead. They were sure to charge us the full amount of almost $200 though. Should have listened to the other reviews and searched around more before booking, there are nice hotels for the same price in the area. The workers had a good attitude at least.

The front desk person was rude and did not know what she was doing. She took 40 min to check one person in in front of me, and ended up giving that person a room that was already occupied. When it was my turn, she was also slow and rude to me, she argued with me about giving me a receipt after taking photo copies of my drivers license and credit card. Then when I went to the room, the key didn’t work. Had to go back down and have her activate the key and she accused me of putting it too close to my keys or credit cards… I literally had the room key two minutes. The room has a bad smell… old, stale cigarettes maybe. Paper thin towels, and the walls have big holes and missing finish. Beds were fine but there is no comforter, just a sheet and paper thin blanket. It’s very low budget
