We didn’t feel too comfortable in the parking lot. Two young cyclist tried to steal our bag when we were taking other bags out of our car…uncomfortable. Hotel was clean and staff were very pleasant. TV was annoying… Roku didn’t seem to engage and we were told there would be a charge for viewing. Overall…OK👍

The front staff was polite enough, but when I needed help and asked for them to come to my room and fix my TV I waited an hour and a half to two hours and still didn't get help. i figured it out myself.
Where the hotel is Located is On an extremely busy street and it's very noisy all night not a place I will stay again.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast is included. The breakfast menu varies every day. It’s buffet style and very good! The rooms are clean and well- maintained. The only downfall is that the toilets clog up easily. I had to call for service twice. They just used a plunger but it doesn’t seem to do the trick. Maybe a proper unclogging should be done or update the sucking power of their toilets on the 3rd floor. Otherwise, very nice and very friendly staff. Very well centralized. A 10 minute walk to the Convention Centre.

The room was good, but I ended up getting soider bites 4 places. 3 on my arm n one on my left leg.

Not great. Pool was drained. No indicated at booking. One ice machine in entire hotel working on the 5th floor..no signage to indicate so. Super fun scavenger hunt to every floor of the hotel to find ice. TV remote didnt work. No air conditioning functioning despite a 30° day and windows dont open. Incredibly uncomfortable.

The hotel, staff and breakfast was excellent very happy with everything except for the beds. They were hard as rocks and very uncomfortable. The hotel was quiet and friendly so the experience was extremely nice minus sleeping

Had to check in late. Had no issues with that. Parking was a little crowded, but the parking attendant was super friendly and helped me find a spot. The staff was awesome, and super friendly! Room was clean and comfy.

Bed was not good. Parking around hotel is limited but I was helped by night security and was directed to an overflow that they monitored during the night so nobody would break into vehicles.

Our go to hotel in Winnipeg. Right in downtown. The free breakfast is decent. Room is always nice. Staff is friendly. Parking is not free, but there’s a night security and it feels like a good deal for your money.

Great location for walking to Jets game, Museum for Human Rights, The train station, The Forks and lots of dining options.
Busy road in front, back facing rooms may be quieter.

It was a bad experience: The parking lot was not cleaned, a lot snow and nobody answered about that issue, and you must pay $12 for that. The breakfast was almost nothing, nobody available to answers questions. After you did the garantee deposit, they copy your credit card number, increasing the risk somebody else can use it.
Well, good things: The bed was comfortable, and the location is convenience, close to downtown.

It was good overall. If you want breakfast you have to be down to the kitchen early. It ends at 10, we were down at 9:15, there was hardly much left. The kitchen staff was no where near. She came back at 10 minutes to 10 to clean up. Security guard was awesome at keeping an eye around the building, and helpful with parking.

Hotel is located in the downtown core in a sketchy area.
I arrived at midnight to the hotel and found that the front entrance was locked. The staff were at the front desk and ignored my knocking and had to call in before he noticed that I didn't as standing outside in a snow storm with the temperature at -19c. Rooms are basic and but common area needed to be clean.
Breakfast was simple but a good variety.
Day staff were friendly and helpful.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay at when attending a Winnipeg Jets game. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Every amenity that a person could want was present. A delicious breakfast was included. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

Extremely close location to Canada Life Centre. Parking was a bit difficult to find for the hotel and then was quite surprised it was an additional $12 charge on top of the hotel room fee. This wasn't mentioned when the room was booked. Also found it odd that I needed to sign into my Roku TV account in order to access any tv at all... what if I didn't have a roku account???

We had a broken window latch so it was windy & noisy.
We noticed certain ceiling tiles were water stained in the hallways, and in the main banquet room.
