I booked rooms through Expedia, and it was a pain to have to negotiate with them all the time about their price. Most of the time Expedia was the best price, but it was a pain to have to negotiate with the hotel about the price.

I had to stay for one day and one night there for my exam. It was a pleasant experience. The staff there are very friendly and co operative. They took care of all my needs and if I even had any question, they were ready to help and solve the problem. I would love to visit them again for their service and hospitality and for warm atmosphere. I would specially want to name them and thank them. Simran, Gurleen and Raj are doing exceptional work and thank you for your hospitality and warm welcome. Would love you visit you guys again. Thank you 🙏

Very insecure because you access your floor with your room key and once you swipe your key card anyone else just hops on the elevator and press any floor and the elevator delivers and stops at their floor. And was told by other guests in the lobby that they woke up with bed bug bites and many smokers and unsavory folks hanging in thd lobby or directly by front door smoking.

The extremely friendly staff. We had to take an emergency medical trip to Winnipeg and only stayed at the hotel for a few hours in the middle of the night. Checked in at 3am and left at 5:30am. The employee there was kind and compassionate and rooms were clean.

If you drive a truck there is only 2 parking spots that you have to pay 15$ for, rest is a really low parkade. Did not know when booking this hotel is connected to the hospital aswell so missed it the first time driving by, just disappointing about the parking scenario

Rooms where a nice size and clean, but was concerned that after 2 day housekeeping did not come in to even check the garbage cans.
On those 2 days housekeeping was in rooms near by. When I inquired about it to one of them I was told I would have to call downstairs and talk to the supervisor.
They did come and take out the garbage and brought fresh towels when i mentioned even having garbage removed.

Arrived late, felt unsafe with number of people milling around the entrance. Smokers near the entrance. Loud music in the lobby made it difficult to hear staff for check-in. All staff are unfriendly, not terribly helpful. No perks offered for VIP. Room was nothing special, it was spacious, bed was ok. Parking across the street was semi-convenient but the staff did not clearly explain validation process until check out and they were going to charge me even though I already paid (but eventually didn’t charge me). Location was fine for my purposes this trip. Probably would not stay again.

Unloading has gotten slighty better with less taxis blocking the entrance to the hotel.

The toilet was low for a wheelchair room, not made up between days, few towels and in poor condition. no area restaurants listed, no guide or explanation of TV, and front office manager was no help. It was more like a $50 room than a $200 plus room. Very disappointed. But it was convenient to HSC. I guess they don't feel they have to provide service like help unloading etc. Kind of scary outside in front of building. Taxis taking up alot of the room that you would think would be reserved for guests unloading.

Was charged twice for hotel. Once on this site, once by hotel. Hotels.com contacted the hotel to fix. Still not reimbursed, and looks like the hotel tried to charge me a third time for the same room. Also got charged twice for parking.

The only reason to come here if you want to be beside the university or the hospital, rather than this it doesn't deserve the money and it is expensive compared to the others

Very noisy stay by the elevator. Loud banging noise from the elevators. The cleaning staff was loud in the hallway, kept yelling down the hall looking for each other. You would think they provide parking but unfortunately it costed us $30 per night. Price was high at this location but when you have family in the hospital, you have no choice to be price gouged in the wallet.
