I would defiantly stay at your hotel again in the future. The only issue we had was the aircraft starting to fly at 4:30 a.m. But we understood that would probably happen being so close to the airport. Otherwise, our stay was comfortable and loved the spacious room. Thank you and your staff for the friendly enjoyable stay.

Great location near the airport. The complimentary shuttle from the airport was great. Wish we could have utilized it on our way out but we had an early morning flight! All staff was friendly and accommodating.

We were scheduled there for 10 days, they did not inform us at check in that room service is only done at request, by the 3rd day we were confused why our room had not been cleaned, so we asked and the scheduled us for the 4th day only for them to have not entered into the computer so they still did not clean our room, on the 5th day they finally cleaned our room only to give us 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for 3 people..breakfast also left a lot to be desired, they offer no meat on the weekends and the food is not all out until 7 am despite the published 6:30 am meaning we could not get breakfast before having to leave for work.

The french bread for breakfast was excellent! We could see that there were stains marks on the lobby ceilings. We refilled our water bottles in the gym; the water dispenser was dirty. Despise these details we slept really well and it’s nice that they offer breakfast.

The hotel is just older and shows it...the front desk people are somewhat engaged, but can be caught looking at their phones...enthusiasm could be better...iron did not work...several plugs did not work...shower area very small

First impressions are everything! After checking in we went to the room they said would be ours. It was not cleaned yet and was really bad. They got us in a room on a different floor pretty quick. The room was nice but there was no microwave in the rooms. We had to go to the 1st floor to warm up food. They have signs in the elevator offering great hot cooked food, but when you go down there it is a cold wrap. If you are going to stay there i would make sure to have a place to eat setup.

We stayed 7 nights; we never got our room clean. We had to ask for clean towels. The trash cans never got emptied. Very disappointed!

The facility was very nice & convenient for me getting connected to the airport & the staff was amazing. My only critique would be that the set up for my room was a little different than what I had expected but mostly, that there was not microwave in my room.

Well check in was the only good experience bathroom was small no microwave and the toilet seat was disgusting it had something stuck on it you wouldn't want to sit on it and housekeeper didn't clean my room the whole time we was there which was 2 days

The motel was conveniently located to airport. The room was spacious, I like when vanity is separated from shower. TV remote didn’t work well, wallpaper was falling down in bathroom, and breakfast items were on the cold side.

Sensitive sleepers should know ahead of time that this property is located near the end of the Raleigh Durham airport runway. I sleep like a rock, so it doesn’t bother me, but your (air) mileage may vary.

I reserved this hotel because it was close to the airport and advertised airport shuttle. But no one answers the phone or is at the front desk to request transportation to airport. It's a food desert, so no close food options if you don't have a car. Only pro, its only a 5 min ride to the airport

This could be a really good hotel. As it is it's okay. Hotel is heavily used, staff not particularly friendly/helpful. Above all, GUESTS MUST SIGN UP FOR AIRPORT SHUTTLE,it's not enough to show up in the lobby prior to every half hour departure as I was told to do the previous night. Had to get an Uber on the fly. Not cool

Just a stone's throw from RDU, with a convenient airport shuttle. Staff was very friendly & helpful. The bed was comfy. The room met all my criteria for a short (10hr) layover.

I had a good stay at this property recently for work. The room was clean and comfortable. I had one unfortunate interaction with staff. One person I spoke to at the front desk was very rude and condescending . My issue was resolved in the end, so it all worked out.

I would not recommend this property. The bathroom had mold on the fixtures. The staff was not friendly at all. And…I know this can’t be helped, but the noise from the planes taking off every few minutes kept me from sleeping very much. I liked how the room was spacious and well laid out.

I loved how close this property is to the airport and that they have a shuttle. The trip from the property to the airport is 5 minutes. That was great! The property is old. The room was dark with or without the light. There is nothing around the property except the airport two other hotels and a restaurant that we didn't go to. We posted the "please come back later" tag in the morning and removed it by noon. No one came to take out our garbage or replace towels. We were only there one night. That may have been the issue. But, we didn't see any cleaning staff around the building. At check in, we were not told about the amenities or breakfast. We didn't know the times in the AM. They gave us a handicap accessable room so the sink, bath and shower were separated. It was unusual and we had to get used to that. There poole is outdoors and was closed as it was winter. If your purpose for staying at this property is to be close to the airport, then this is a great choice.

Our breakfast options the first day (30 minutes before they stop serving) were very limited and cold. There were many people looking for food.
When we arrived, we had one washcloth, two cups and one mug for three people. And our room was very, very hot. Over three days, no one ever checked on our room - no refreshing of towels or replenishing coffee.

"We encountered a few issues during our stay at the hotel. Initially, the front desk staff and a Spanish-speaking girl who was cleaning the breakfast area were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. We appreciated their assistance and thanked them for it. However, after the first day, we hardly saw anyone at the front desk for three days. Later, we found out that the check-in person was hiding in the host office. Moving on to our room, we noticed that there was no TV guide available in the room (room 118). Additionally, the electrical outlet plugs on the TV mantle were broken, the refrigerator was also broken, and our food got spoiled as a result. The iron provided didn't work, and there was no ice container provided in the room. Furthermore, there was no bottled water, snack pack, or paper and pencil in the room."
As we stay often in Hyatts we were very disappointed with our overall experience at the Hyatt RD Airport.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms were nice, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were excellent. However, it’s located so close to the airport that you can hear the planes. It made it difficult to sleep with that type of noise.

TV didn’t work. I called and they said they’d send someone up next morning. Since I was checking out the next morning, that was unhelpful.
Wi-Fi is terrible. Don’t plan on using it unless you have tons of time for pages to load. Downloading impossible. Used my hot spot.
Very loud group on my floor. Called front desk at 9:30 PM and was told they would send someone up to ask them to be quiet. Noise continued. Called again at 10:30 and was again told they would contact group lead to ask group to be quiet. Noise continued until 11:30 PM. I realize it’s not the hotel’s fault that group (cheerleaders!) were loud but they should never have booked solo business travelers on same floor in the first place.
Hot breakfast was microwaved eggs, potatoes and sausage. Had a yogurt and banana, which were fine.
Front desk staff at check in friendly and helpful. Late night and morning check out staff had rude demeanor and attitude.
