Boothill was amazing. From making the reservation with ease to walking in the door to friendly smiles and welcomes. Cozy room with King size bed that was very comfortable. Airport shuttle driver escorted me with a smile back to airport, loaded and unloaded my luggage and great xonversation. Will def be making rhis my home away from home while in Billings.

The Boothill Inn was a great location for our family trip. We stayed in a family suite, which provided plenty of room for our family if 5. (The only thing that could have made it better would have been a second bathroom!) The beds were fairly comfortable. The bunk bed wasn’t the sturdiest, but it was sufficient for the kids. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean. The only in room issues we had were that both the sink and the shower drained very slowly (slowly enough that I needed to stop the shower to let the drain “catch up” once.) I mentioned it to the front desk staff, noting that we didn’t need anything done about it while we were there, but wanted them to be aware. I was told the whole building was “slow draining” due to age? But they would check it out in our particular room after we departed.
A daily breakfast was included, which was great with lots of hot and cold options each day. The daily scrambled eggs would have been my only negative in regard to food, as they had an unfortunate amount of standing liquid in the tray each day. Other than that, our whole family agreed it was on if the best complimentary breakfasts we’ve had in our travels.
The pool and hot tub area was clean and well enjoyed!
There was a lot across the road for parking trucks and trailers, which was really great too.

The staff was amazing meeting us at airport for late pickup and info on finding a place to eat after 9:00 pm after along day traveling! Breakfast was a little disappointing but overall the stay was GREAT !

Our stay was great! Hotel was real close to the Metra Park. The shuttle option to the Metra was nice. Short distance to walk if weather is good. Staff was great! Breakfast was good and the gal taking care of it was friendly and helpful. I definitely would stay there again. Thanks, Boothill Inn my friends and I enjoyed our stay.

I love the location as it is near the hockey rink, metra, and coffee shops. It would be nice if there were local restaurants near by opposed to going downtown, but this is an ideal location otherwise!

The place is very noisy. Every single sound from outside came in. The staff is very friendly. It was -27 degrees and they let me plug my truck in.

Great stay! I enjoy the shuttle service, great communication and timing of pick up. Always a plus to interact and chat with the shofer. When arriving the hotel I was thankful there was a gas station next to the hotel to get some food for I didn’t see any restaurants nearby and did not want to be walking around at night. Though I didn’t find out later that the hotel offered a shuttle service around town if guests wanted to dine out. Minor downside is that you can hear the outside traffic noise in the room and the doorway you can hear ppl if they are talking in the halls but asides that the interior walls are padded pretty well so don't hear the neighbor next to you as much. A really nice touch is that they slide the receipt when guests as asleep so we can see the bill in the morning before checking out as well as them serving breakfast and a nice cookie treat in the afternoon.

The hotel staff is awesome had room ready way before check In, room was perfect for a family suite the front desk people greeted with smiles and answered all questions related for next stay and other questions,and hotel breakfast is awesome, also hotel is in most convenient spot for all kinds of shopping and restaurants activities.

I scheduled the room but we couldn’t make it due to weather, and I was informed that I couldn’t get a refund. We almost exclusively stay at the Boothill Inn due to their location and shuttle services. We are extremely disappointed to say the least-spending nearly a $100 more per room to stay there.

We were showing at the Northern International Livestock Exposition nearby and this property was perfect. Some us even walked to the grounds (always after enjoying the buffet. Everything was just fine for us--the staff were polite and helpful and always responsive. The deserve a wonderful review.

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time! The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast buffet was fantastic, they even have a latte machine! Highly recommend!

The hotel was very clean, well maintained, comfortable, spacious rooms, and close to resturants and shopping. The noise level from the road outside the hotel was very loud. Couldn't sleep because of the noise. Maybe ear plugs at check in.

The lazy boy was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed the scent of the soaps and lotion. It's the little things! For amenities, hair dryer should be listed though! I would stay there again.

Great place to unwind after a long day of travel and concert. Staff was super friendly. If anyone is planning to go to a show at the metra, they also have a shuttle so you don’t need to worry about parking!

My two kids (18 and 15 year olds) and I stayed in a 2 queen bed room. The sheets were clean, and it was a nice room. My only complaints were the one mattress was wearing out and misshapen, there was a booger on the wall in the bathroom near the light switch, and two visible spots on the toilet seat that had been missed when cleaning. They were light brown spots that I wiped off with a tissue. The breakfast could’ve been a little better but wasn’t terrible and the pool is small, but there is a hot tub! Other than that, it was a nice place, very aesthetically pleasing. The staff was all very helpful and very friendly and kind. The parking was very close to our room and there are some nice views! I would recommend, but do a once-over on your room (as a person should in any hotel) 🙂
