I stay at this hotel once a month while visiting family. Usually all is excellent. This time I was in a room next door to a loud and noisy group. They started partying at around 10pm. I told the desk and someone came up and told them to be quiet. They began again 10 minutes later. They were noisy again this morning beginning at 7:15. I cannot imagine how many people were in that room. The desk tried to be helpful and assured me I should ask for a quieter room next time.

Always clean and comfortable, however I do not like the $250 hold they put on for incidentals, quote/unquote, especially from a customer who stays there frequently, as I do, as least once a month.

Unfortunately plans change, Mother Nature kicks in but this hotel won’t give a refund or a voucher to use for future use. In the event of a massive storm you would think they would be reasonable. Do yourself a favor and stay at EVEN Hotels Manchester Airport where they work with their customers.

The hotel is convenient and comfortable. My objection is the $250 they hold for days on end before they decide they don't need it for any reason.

I found a hair under the sheets when I peeled back the cover, the bed was not completely made, there were crumbs on the pull out tray of the night stand, the bottle of conditioner was empty in the shower, there was no tooth paste and the HVAC unit rattled all night.

We were at the hotel for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was always open for coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The elevators sounded in need of repair and the heating/cooling system in the room was very loud and disruptive during the night. The hand held shower in our bathroom did not work.

Some people did a private party at the pool with very loud music and alcool In the pool. We did tell the person at the desk but she said that she could not do anything. It wasn’t safe for us to go to the pool. Very disappointed ☹️

Beds are comfortable and room was clean. On the other hand I have to mention this that the heating system is very noisy, like sleeping with the compressor in the room. Hotel needs to upgrade the system cause it's an ongoing issue in the past also. Good breakfast with lots of variety.

The check in was quick and friendly Steve who checked us in was fantastic, phoned around to find restaurants that were open on Thanksgiving, a great help. He recomended the Red arrow diner, not to be missed.

Very quick check-in, and the help is very nice. The rooms were spacious as well equipped with a mini fride and microwave. Breakfast was nice and conformable seating for all. I wwould definitely stay again.

Arrived late at night due to flights and was welcomed by a friendly receptionist who provided suggestions for local eaters that were still open. Charming location, approximately a 10-15 minute drive from the Manchester Airport and 5 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities. Room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was good as well.

I got a knock on my door from the desk clerk verifing that I was a guest the second day I was checked in. Then the maintaince crew came to my room 2 times to provide fireplace maintanice while I was in the room. I have been in the hotel business for many years. This is not right.

My only complaint is they charged for bottled water. Offered two free bottles for some rooms but not for me bec I got my room through Expedia. Didn’t make sense. Should be either all or none.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great location was safe and secure no issues at all very close to family, breakfast was awesome different stuff everyday, we stayed 4 nights used the pool everyday was heated and very clean. Staff was great as well very helpful. Will definitely stay again for sure.

From the times we used Expedia to book rooms versus directly through the hotel websites it seems we get rooms of less quality in terms of cleanliness and odor upon entry. The quality of the room in this case did not match the expectations of a room in an upscale area like Bedford New Hampshire.

It was very close to the highway and we went there for shopping since the New Hampshire state has no tax We had an amazing time! Staff was very friendly and helpful

Room was musty smelling, bathroom shower wasn't clean, fridge wouldn't close

The staff and breakfast were good. The room was awful and unsafe. Room 126 smelled moldy and had water stains. Worst of all, the shower had a broken ADA bench that randomly fell down off the wall and injured my leg, leaving it swollen and bruised. They need to fix that. The conditions are unsafe and unacceptable.
