A clean, quiet, conveniently located accommodation with recent upgrades to the room. A couple new doors and a bathroom upgrade and it would get 5 of 5 from us.

friendly front staff, we loved that they had a lot of board games we could borrow. The room was much newer than the exterior of the hotel. The free breakfast was fine but the person working in that room needs to learn to get out of everyone's way and could have been friendlier. we found the motel to be quiet and nice located next to the park and rec centre. Dog friendly which was very helpful. Overall, great and inexpensive for what we needed

Lovely clean rooms, with plenty of pillows and beds for a family of five! They even have board games available! Nice location, short drive to all the fun stuff. And if only we had been here during warmer months, because the pool looks really nice.

The only real issue was the traffic noise, but likely an issue of any hotel along a major thoughfare. The staff were very friendly. Beds were decent to get a good nights sleep.

The staff I have met have been reasonably helpful but the room I was allocated (with $150 damage deposit because I have a dog!) almost knocked me out with the smell of cigarette smoke. I am staying here because my dog is an athlete and will compete in an agility trial in Kelowna tomorrow morning. I am worried about the effect this smoky environment will have on my young dog. A second concern is that I have been unable to set up a wake-up call and need to check out by about 6:30 a.m. - too early to be able to take advantage of the breakfast included in my stay.

Staff very accommodating. But my suite lwas given to aanother person. Manager got us a accommodation at the their sister inn. Ery dissatisfied, had one queen bed and a COT. Very uncomfortable. I was suppised to have 2 queen beds and kitchen. Very very dissatisfied

Alarm went off at 3:15 am and was non stop for atleast an hour before we could no longer stand the alarm and had to leave.
Host was uncooperative and said they had no control over a power outage. Even so they should have at least turned off the alarm.
Price was advertised as $60 less then what we were charged.
Would not recommend.

The check In was good. The person working there named JJ was very friendly and welcoming. The room was cleaned and made up daily. I loved the fact that you can get a room with two queen beds and a single bed. It was perfect for our family. Walking in the area was very nice. We spent 3 nights.

Though it appears a bit dated from the exterior, the hotel was clean and comfortable (and not really dated at all) inside. Nearby to lots of restaurants and groceries, its a perfect stay for a very reasonable price.
