Location, good space, cleanness

Not providing more toilet paper or clean towels for our 6 nights stay

We loved the location. Right along the boardwalk. Patio is wonderful

I have stayed at this property before and booked again because I love this location.

The condo was not clean and not properly stocked no garbage bags, paper towels dish clothes… exc

lots of broken, chipped furniture. Had to call maintenance a few times to fix water issues.

Great quiet location. Nice lakeside walk to downtown.

The apartment was musty on arrival so we had to open all windows. Garbage facility difficult to find/acces. A $1000 security deposit was taken when it was advertised as $500. This could have left us short of money during our stay. When we complained at the office the said the website Ts & Cs hadnt been updated.

loved the location and facilities

the ad listed air conditioning, but it wasn’t working. this was very misleading and I wouldn’t have paid / booked the apartment knowing that the AC wasn’t working.

The room was dirty, couches were very dirty, the bathroom sink didn’t work, the garage he wasn’t opening and the floors were nasty. for the price you’re paying it’s not OK

Location is nice but the noise kept us up all night.

Place in rough shape. Noise is unbearable from all of the partying. Slept 3 hours a night.

I liked the location and amenities the most

One of the managers Wayne Salisbury accused my family of damaging the pool. It wasn't us. I told him to review the security footage. He yelled at me and threatened me stating it was $20,000 of damage. I found this extremely upsetting and unprofessional. I will never stay at the Discovery Bay again because of him. I suggest he ensure his security guard is doing her job and review footage before accusing good guests like us. We left the condo immaculate, and certainly did not cause any damage.

Apartment was was ideal for four people, plenty of space and even a pull out bed. The kitchen was well kitted out also.

Pool was closed.

The location is very good, the unit is being upgraded some of it still needs to be done. Some people are still smoking on the grounds outside our room. The elevator is noisy and runs a lot and quit late at night.

Being the unit next to the elevator. The a/c did not work very well . And the smoke alarm is going off ?battery?

The light was burnt on the front deck. We asked them to replace it but it never got done while we were there. We had to ask for more washcloths and there was no dish cloths in the unit at all until we requested them.

The location was awesome, the appartment was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend.

AC not working properly in condo

The resort was child friendly.

The up keep and overall cleanliness could of done better. Twice we stayed here bbq tank was empty and had to get our own in the middle of making dinner.

Location was great. First room we had was disgusting but they were able to accommodate quickly with another room in same bldg.

Cleanliness in first room was disgusting. Second room was good but just "meh". Furniture in LR was old and tattered and pretty uncomfortable. Coffee filters weren't the right ones for coffee pot so made a huge mess and had to not use. Below standard for price I felt.

Good location large suite

The place was not very clean. We found a dirty used q-yup on the floor. The sheets on the beds had hair on it. The TV in the spare bedroom does not work. I tried calling but it was after hours. Dust and dirt on baseboards and under the stool where the TV box was. The TV didn’t work at first in the master bedroom but we were finally able to get it sorted once we reset the cable box. I feel that during a pandemic and a $200 cleaning fee this should not happen.

Great location, with direct views of the lake. Good space to fit a family or 3 couples. Well equipped kitchen. Pool table in the loft area was an added bonus.

Unfortunately due to complex maintenance the deck was out of service for our entire stay (we were notified of this in advance). It would have been fabulous to enjoy breakfast or a sun downer on the deck if this space was available. Unfortunately the previous renters' garbage (bottles, boxes) had not been removed from the entry area when we first arrived, this was fairly quickly resolved, but was an unfortunate first impression.
