everything was great we were able to park with our trailer, have children with us and a dog.

comfortable bed close to the airport

originally was booked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned. staff fixed it right away but it was super inconvenient as I had a lot of bags from a 2 weeks trip

Pool closed paid extra cause it had a pool wasn't anything on website or mentioned until arriving

Hot tub, close to good restaurants

Could not get our room cooled down. So hot 24C

The staff was so friendly and amazing. Very clean. Our door lock did stop working but they were so quick to fix it

If the main light in the room wasn’t connected to the lap between the bed. also if the tub drained a little faster

Was ripped off and charged for 2 nights stay even though I mentioned online I would be staying only one night and then discussed I would only stay for one night with the front desk staff. In a follow up call with the hotel, another staff member said the Comfort Inn staff could have corrected the problem but said I would have to speak with someone else. To date, there has been no response from anyone at Comfort Suites Kelowna. I stayed there Dec 25.

Breakfast was good, rooms were clean and well appointed. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The gym is a bit small, and too much chlorine in the pool.
