Great location, room was clean, quiet and everything we needed.

Amazing experience here. The staff were the best, complimentary upgrade with champagne. Beautiful sitting area in the foyer, room was fabulous. We would 100% stay at this property again. Our favorite from others we have stayed at in Old Quebec

My son and I had a great time in Quebec. This hotel is quiet, clean, charming and very well situated in the old part of the city. We were able to get some nice walks in while also being close to family we were there to visit. My son had decided to come with me at the last-minute and the staff at the hotel was very accommodating, finding me a more spacious room. There is also parking available which is a huge advantage in that part of Quebec.

They upgraded my room just by knowing it was a spacial day for me and I forgot my watch in the room they mailed it to me from Quebec to Montreal

Amazing room, very nice location, great service. After a snowy night we came out to our car to find that our car was cleaned off of snow by the hotel staff, which was a wonderfully nice touch!

A character hotel in a great location with a unique room. Staff were pleasant and responsible and we were able to walk wherever we wanted to go.

We had a great stay. Easy to find, easy to park. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great location in Basse-Ville. We felt that it was a great value during Carnaval.

VIP Expedia came with sparkling wine but hotel also upgraded us which was a wonderful surprise! Great area of town and wonderful hotel. When I asked for cream instead of milk for coffee the front desk went to restaurant and brought me some. Every employee that we spoke to was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would stay there again.

What I liked great location walkable to restaurants and shops in old Quebec and Quebec in general. Price for room was great however, What I didn't like there wasn't enough sound padding between rooms. Heard way too much noise with my neighbors around my rooms. The room we were in needed the floor replaced as some of the floor panels were coming off.

Very nice overall, nothing really to say other than it was pleasant.

Perfect for a weekend in Qc-City or to stop by for work. Diner @ChezLouise is an easy and wonderful solution for a late arrival. Hotel + Restaurant is a winning combo.

The hotel was amazing. Great location. I wouldn’t bother with Louise’s restaurant in the hotel. Overpriced and we left hungry. Lots of great options around we realized in our second night. Rookie mistake.

Parking was convenient. Staff were helpful and amiable. Location was very convenient: easy to drive to and park but still in old city and walkable to all of the sites in the city. For people traveling with a friend, this was one of the few places in the old city that offered 2 separate beds (in the form of a regular bed and a sofa bed). However, the sofa bed mattress was very thin and uncomfortable and should be replaced (it was old, not just typical less-than-ideal sofa bed mattress). The main bed was comfortable. On-site restaurant was convenient and good for breakfast ( didn’t try other meals). All in all, I’d recommend if traveling alone or with romantic partner but if traveling with friends, you may want to consider separate rooms so everyone has a comfy bed.

Safe and clean place to stay steps away from the beautiful old quebec city

We liked everything about our stay. Loved how much people seemed to enjoy dining room bar. Always sounds of laughing from there. We will be back. ( when it is warmer)

Wonderful dog-friendly property! Keep in mind that dog-friendly means that the dog may stay at the hotel. This does not give them the ability to go into the restaurant. We knew that of course but upon talking to people who look for dog friendly options, they are sometimes surprised by this. While I am still unsure of the actual hotel policy, we had no trouble leaving the dog back in the room (as he was tuckered out from all of the exploring all day!) but did receive a phone call one time while running out for coffee that he was barking. The dog friendly rooms are near the front desk so bear that in mind. But the hotel overall is lovely, there’s tons of ports and open space across the street with plenty of area to take the dog out and play. The Corridor du Littoral is quite long and we enjoyed many a walk and run along there. Location was perfect, just slightly tucked away but walking distance to everything. The staff were all lovely. Thank you so much!

This is our second time staying here. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and this hotel is close to everything you want to see in Old Quebec City! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Good place.

We always stay at this hotel when travelling with our dog and cat. The staff are so friendly that my dog is genuinely excited when we arrive. I also lost my cell phone and the staff returned it to me immediately. This is our go-to hotel when we visit Quebec city.

This place was fantastic. It was right in the heart of things, made parking your car and walking easy. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The room we stayed in was, well I could have lived there. It had a little kitchenette with everything you need and the shower was WOW. I would recommend this to anyone 110 percent. I arrived hotel with my wife on New Years Eve. We stayed at Port Royal 9 years ago first visit quebec city. This place brought us great memory back. Welcoming us with sparkling wine and free room upgraded. Thanks to staff Welcoming us!

It was an ok stay. Nothing remarkable, it looks better in the pictures than what it actually is. Again, it's not bad but it's not as good as it seems. Also it's well located but next time we'd stay directly in Old Quebec, this property is more around the edge. The staff was very nice and the place was clean so no compaints there.
