Ice machine was out.Had to go to second floor to get ice.Elevator was out.Also they put us on the opposite side of the hotel were the stairs were not..Keys we’re not working.

Will definitely be back if i have the need to stay in the area

The hotel was unable to accommodate our booking due to water issues. At the last minute we were scrambling to find another hotel room and Expedia had our money from the reservation which we could not get it refunded. Overall a terrible experience with the hotel and Expedia.

When trying to book extra day I could not reach anyone at the hotel at number for the hotel, had to go through hotels.com to book an extra night. Cleanliness was good, but you can tell the hotel is aging. I think it is over priced for the condition of the hotel.

The elevator didn't work and they only had second and third floor rooms

arriving on the property there wasn't any outside lights on. after speaking to the clerk, she informed us that our reservation had been canceled due to plumbing problems, which happened the day I made the reservation, two day prior. No credit has been issued to my account as to date. a voicemail was sent to me the day of our reservation, but did not review it because of traveling.

Checked in, overwhelmed by smell of mold. Put in 2nd floor room with no working elevators. Room hadm head board ripped off wall, no working ac, and had not been cleaned. Then was told that room was closed for remodel. Put in only available room (smaller than booked) on first floor.

First room was very dirty. Asked for a new room, it was a little better, but the shower was broken and still not very clean

Room smelled musty as though it had previous water damage, elevator wasn’t working, fire alarm went off at 5am. Woman across the hall said this has been happening frequently. Evidently she was renting by the week and said fire alarm issues were a common occurrence. I would not recommend this hotel.

Broken elevator, multiple fire alarms (two at 3:00a on consecutive nights), dirty hallways, stained sheets, inedible breakfasts. Do not recommend.

The elevator was not working and they placed us on the 3rd floor. I requested a ground-floor room as my husband has COPD. They insisted they had none available and as I was checking in, the room would have been nonrefundable.

They must have sprayed for bugs the day we arrived because the lobby and first floor were hard to breath in - they gave us a room on the second floor which was good due to the chemical smell on the first floor but the elevator was broken. The pool room was so hot I think the central heater must have something wrong with it because it also made a loud irritating growling noise the entire time we swam. The metal picnic table on the outside corner seating area was extremely unsafe - the bolts are loose and the whole thing wobbles and rotates. Inside the room there is a metal shelf inside the shower that is mostly rusted and several loose tiles on the floor. The WiFi isn’t password protected. The lady that checked us in was nice and the beds were comfortable.

Bathroom door didn't shut freely/got stuck in the frame, hand towel rack fell off the wall since it wasn't mounted properly, there was a hole in the bathroom wall below the light switch, the porcelain sink was cracked, The ceiling above the bed had many different dirt marks. The couch had body fluid stains on it. The hotel elevator broke on Friday and still wasn't fix by Monday (during Labor Day weekend) - the check-in clerk told me Friday night it would be fixed by Saturday morning for my handicap wife. Fake eggs were served at breakfast, and no staff cleaned tables or stocked supplies between customers eating at breakfast - no bowls available for cereal and no cups available for juice. Dead bugs were at the bottom of the ceiling light fixture lense in the lobby sitting area. Rusty and loose towel rack in the bathroom. Hotel web site said a DVD player was included with the room, but it wasn't. The trash can at the east end of floor 2 hallway was overflowing for over 2 days and the maids never emptied it. The first floor ice machine was broke the whole weekend, so I had to drag my heavy cooler up and down the steps each day of the weekend. The only driveway entrance to the hotel was blocked off and half torn up for concrete replacement during the whole holiday weekend - this should have been completed before the holiday weekend or resurface work started after the holiday weekend.

Our room ac didn’t work. It blew air but the room was hot. We got in around midnight so it was not worth hassle of moving once we realized the issue. The bathroom wasn’t clean. Cobwebs in the room. The front desk workers were very nice. We were there about 8 hours just to sleep & continue road trip.

People were nice. Not as clean as I like. Good coffee in the breakfast area.

Terrible,found a roach, couldn’t swim to much chlorine. Room smelled bad. Will never stay again

I liked the location. Furniture in the hotel needs replacing as everything was everything was very old and scrapped up. Sofa looked unsanitary.

Our family spent 3 nights here on a short family trip to St. Louis. The location worked out well for getting in and out of the city and avoiding paying high city prices. The hotel could be nice if they spent a little time and money cleaning things up. The landscaping was completely let go with bushes growing over the sidewalks and tall weeds. When we arrived in our room, there were broken tiles in the bathroom exposing the wall behind the tile. The hallway had a very odd and unpleasant smell, but the room itself, smell fine. We went to the pool one evening, and half the lights in the pool area were out. The water was very murky, and even wearing goggles, my kids were unable to see each other under the water. We were told At check in that the continental breakfast was from 6 to 10 AM period we went downstairs around 9 o'clock, and we were told they were told they were closing. There was food scattered on the countertops, tabletops and floors, and nothing had been refilled. The coffee ran out, juice was empty, and even the bagels and other cold items were gone or in disarray. While the location was nice, if we are back in the area, we will select another hotel.

As we came in it smelled musty. Water left on floors without bieng mopped up. Elevator was dirty, we get to our room and couch was filthy.. plus room was not a true suite. They put us in another room. 1st thing to see is the window. It looked like someone threw milk all over it. Couldnt even see out it. The tub was dirty too. Carpets were very dirty. We did not eat breakfast there after seeing how dirty hotel was. Only good thing, was it was quiet.

We were moved to a different room because the bed was broken. The second room had 2 broken lights, a broken fridge, a towel rack falling off the wall, the corner guard ripped off the wall. The hotel is very broken down.

Everything in our room was dirty or broken or both, and the pool was “closed for maintenance” indefinitely

The property was average. The pool was closed due to maintenance is what the sign said, however, it looked like it hasn't been operational all summer with no repairs going on. The ice machine was inoperable as well. It too, looked like it hasn't been working for months.

Check in at this hotel is always a headache, hotels.com and this hotel always get the prepayment messsed up. I’m tired of it

The hotel pool was “out of order” for the full duration of our stay. This was a major disappointment for our young family. Their ice machines were also all “out of order.” It was a busy weekend with several MLB games and overheard that this hotel prefers not to deal with the maintenance needs for high volume weekends like such. Our bedding was lacking the main comforter and not enough pillows for our family of six. The pull-out couch mattress was absolutely horrible. It’s amazing how a bad hotel stay can offset the vacation, this one certainly did. Our kids were very upset with our stay, as were us parents. We left feeling very frustrated.

I booked this hotel because it had a pool. We brought three of our grandkids and we were hoping after a day at the City Museum to cool off in the pool. It was out of order. There was no message on the internet about it being out of order and there was no ice. When we got into the room. There was no shower curtain. It was not very clean either. When I went to make coffee there was a used coffee pod in the maker in the room and they ran out of coffee at the so-called breakfast if you will. This was all very disappointing. The hair dryer did not work either. I usually let a couple of things go but there was just too much wrong with this stay. This stay makes me very nervous about ever booking a room anywhere. You pay good money, and this should be the last thing to worry about. I do not recommend this place at all even if it was free!! I hate to be this way as I said again very, very disappointing!

We went to check in. They overbooked and didn’t get appropriate rooms. I booked our trip at the beginning of June. Our first room did not have air conditioning. Our second room, the air didn’t start working until about 2 AM. The pool wasn’t working. Tiles in the bathroom were broken. We were supposed to stay two days and ended up leaving a day early. They did refund us money. Don’t recommend going to this place for a stay.

Two rooms. One room the A/C didn’t work. Told them twice and they never came to the room.

The breakfast wasn't the best we've ever had at a hotel, but overall we were happy with our stay. Wish there had been an ice machine on our floor.

Bathroom and carpets need a good deep cleaning. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Elevators smelled like pot and needed cleaned. Tiny swimming pool — big enough for only one family at a time. Breakfast ended early so was very crowded. Seemed understaffed for the amount of guests and short time frame. Kids loved strawberry waffle batter option at breakfast

We loved our stay, i have a 17yr old daughter that chose to use the pull out sofa bed. Now thats all she wants from now on. It was a clean and nice hotel. We will stay here again for sure.
