So loud! The doors were banging, people were talking and it was not a good nights sleep at all.
The pool was cold and the lift was out of service.
I did hear the breakfast was good, but I didn’t partake.

Super friendly staff. Both the check in staff and the late night staff when I needed some help. The breakfast was very good although by 8:30 they had run out of the sausage and so I was forced to survive on biscuits and gravy, waffles, scrambled eggs, and hash browns. In other words, it was a great breakfast. Will stay again.

We paid for a junior suite. Small room. Small closet (no doors) and limited dresser space. One side chair crammed in a corner. The king bed and bedding were average and proved uncomfortable for a multi-day stay. The staff were excellent; friendly, courteous, professional. Discovered that most bookings are for construction and related workers in the area. Felt that the price exceeded the quality. If not for the staff hospitality, I would rate this hotel 2.5 stars.

Price was okay and staff were very friendly. Two things I have to mention: Hanged ‘DO NO DISTURB’ outside the door because our 8 month baby was still sleeping but got a phone call from the hotel that caused our baby big crying. Do you really know what ‘DO NO DISTURB’ mean? We didn’t get housekeeping because of the hanging ‘DO NO DISTURB’ which was okay but I asked for one on our way out but ended up not getting any housekeeping service. I understand there was a maintenance going on site but this is not an excuse to do bad customer service.

We enjoyed our time. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The room was nice it was just uncomfortable to find the previous people’s shampoos high on the shower ledge. I think it was just missed. But when we asked for new towels and anything for our room it was done when needed. Breakfast was decent and the staff that fixed breakfast was kind as well. The only thing that was disappointing was the hot tub. It’s a great place to stay for hiking but if you are looking for a hot tub after, this one didn’t seem to be working properly. The jets were not working and it wasn’t very hot. Overall if u need a place to just shower sleep and have an included breakfast not bad.

Even though the hotel was completely full, the employees were very gracious and quick to act on requests. It was a very comfortable place to be especially since I painted in the sun and wind most of the day.
I know businesses are trying to recover from lack of sales during the pandemic but It certainly took a serious dent out of my very small busines's budget w.hen the local hotels raised the rates during the Lavender Fest

The man who checked us in said MAYBE three words to us. He did not seem glad we were there. I expected a clean room when we got there, it was only AFTER I had used the restroom, and smelled the urine soaking on the floor, I realized there was urine ALL OVER the toilet seat. I had to go to the nearby Walmart and get gloves and disinfectant to wipe things down so we could actually use the bathroom. I wiped all kinds of colors of urine and filth off of all the surfaces. We could have camped somewhere and had cleaner facilities.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the bed was very uncomfortable. It was so hard I had to use the pillows to lay on. No recycling and breakfast on sunday jept rumning out because if understaffing and too many guests. We had to come back 3 times to get food. Your per policy is great exceot that on Hotels.xom it doea not liat the fee and neither dis the peraon who answered when I called to check on policy before booking.

Everything was great. We only noticed the limited staff helping at breakfast over the memorial holiday. The gentleman that was doing everything was really doing the best he could, he was wonderful, but he is only one person and the breakfast room was grand central station! Great breakfast, by the way!

Staff was superb - From evening to morning staff they were excellent!
Swimming pool had toys for the kids to play with which was excellent for all the kids!
Breakfast was simple but fulfilling! Staff kept refilling the eggs, bacon in a timely manner. Make your own waffle station was a hit for many - Red Velvet Waffles - yum!

Overall it was good. The things I did not like were that our room had a strange smell, like dog smell, and that bed was not as comfortable as I thought it would be.

The front desk was absolutley amazing. Rooms were nice- but the air conditioner smelled funky when we turned it on.
Pool was nice and clean, which is always important for us since our kids love to swim.
