The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was as expected

All of the staff did an excellent job. The most challenging issue was the shower. It was challenging to stand easily in the tub because the center was bowed so it felt like standing in a bowl. That was the biggest draw back which isn't that big of a deal for one night.

Booked a 2 queen bed room and when we arrived they didn’t tell us our room was no longer available. Instead they gave us our key and sent us up to our room to find we were actually given a room with one king bed for two adults and two 14 year old boys. We went back down to get the room we paid for and was told that our room was given away and they were now sold out. On top of no longer having a room at this location there was no rooms available at any hotel within 50 miles. We are currently waiting on our refund for the hotel room plus a $50 hold that was placed on our card when we checked in. We now have to wait 7-10 business days to get our refunds.

The waterpark for the kids indoor was ice cold no one couldn’t stand it an that was the whole reason I’m even going to that hotel it is not worth the money to stay there in the cold months cause u can’t enjoy the water it’s so dang cold an u have to walk to another motel to use their heated pool. They should tell the guest upfront about the water park being so cold cause there heater went out in the pool instead of keeping it from the guest til they take the kids down there. Right down uncalled for. Also the remote in the room didn’t work we had to call an ask three times for someone to fix it. Most definitely won’t be going back any time soon!

Room wasn’t ready until 90 minutes after check in time and wasn’t very clean when we could get in. There weren’t enough clean towels and washcloths for the number of people in my room. We were told towels were being laundered every time we asked, which resulted in us having to share bath towels. We also selected this hotel for the outdoor pool, but it was drained and out of order.

Well i never complained about anything before. But this time I’m not happy. I paid so much money for one night and I get to my room and I find a roach intje bathroom. 😕not good at all. Paying so much money for one night at a 5 star hotel and you find this. Not happy.

Lorianne at the front desk was fantastic. Very kind and helpful in getting us in our room a bit early to get ready for a wedding. I also saw her retrieving a lost bag for a guest who had already checked out to mail it back to them.

Funny thing, the young lady at the front desk didn't know what a QR Code was with reference to the washer and dryer; however, she was delightful. One of our rooms, the sink plunger was broken, not the end of the world.

The staff was fantastic and the housekeeping team in-particularly was excellent! They were friendly and had a fun energetic way of going about their day. It was refreshing to see people smile while they were working and go out of their way to help me as a guest. Definitely would stay here again.
