Normally I have very comfortable stays at Hilton/Hampton hotels. This last stay was the worst I’ve experienced at any hotel. The tub was clogged and while showering not only did the water gather around our feet, but “stuff” from the drain came into the tub, it was DISGUSTING!!! The head house keeper tried to do what she thought would work but it didn’t. My family had no option but to go through this the entire weekend because there were no other rooms available to accommodate us. Not showering was not an option. We shower before bed and in the morning and each time was dreadful, just nasty! I was told the manager would contact me. I’m still waiting!

3 Star hotel at best because the rooms definitely need a remodel, not just the makeover they received as they are not anywhere near the size as they appeared in the pictures. Although the farm doors where a great touch, it’s the room size thats the biggest drawback. The reception area was small but the lobby/eating area remodel currently under construction while we were there, did have the makings of a 4-5 star look. The sink faucet in our room not secure, swiveled back and forth, a large bad spot in the tub and it wouldn’t drain causing us to have to change rooms, definitely did not make us feel great about our vacation choice to stay there. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff extremely friendly and nice but the reception is definitely where you have to make sure you put the most friendliest smiling staff member, because it’s your first impression and how your first greeted upon arrival that set the cadence. Name tags would be very helpful as well and required at your 4-5 Star luxury hotels. That way you could add names of the staff members that did make it memorable.

Polite, helpful staff at front desk. Some renovations were taking place which took away from the esthetics. Breakfast was just "ok"

Even though the facility is under renovation, my stay was pleasant. Employees were always nice and helpful. Room was very clean and maintained. Overall a great stay.

Upon arrival our TV was not working probably due to a bad "box". 3 people came up and were unable to help. Finally the manager gave us another room but it was not the King Suite we had reserved which it should have been. There was lots of lobby construction going on and no lobby bathrooms which was an issue when we arrived to check-in. Re: Breakfast.... microwaved egg and wonder-meat offerings need to be improved! Motel breakfasts are really not worth eating! Nothing earth shattering here but you asked.

The staff was great but no indication or warning that they would be under construction as well as when we were trying to use the Wi-Fi for work we were unable to because it was not working properly we asked staff and they were unsure the issue. We finally gave up and just use hotspot. My wife was having issues because she has asthma and it was hard for her to breathe during the construction so she stayed at the room most of the time while we were there and then left with us.

The problem with the stay was hotel renovations which were not explained on the website or at any time during booking. We stayed 3 days but the problems were many. Much noise associated with a full outside and inside remodel. Wall noise from drilling starting early in the morning. Workout room and pool shut down for no apparent reason. Towels were a difficult commodity. Phone in room did not work. Ants in the room near the window. Drain in bathtub backed up when showering and took 15 minutes to drain even while fully open. Shampoo bottle empty and pump did not work. The breakfast was outstanding and the overall comfort was fine, but so many little problems that it was not a good stay. Sorry Hampton, you should notify people in advance or cut rates dramatically if patrons are expected to deal with these types of issues during a vacation.
