We were here for enjoyment. The parking wasn’t as convenient as we thought. I didn’t like paying extra for that. I feel it should have been included in our stay. My daughter thought the bathroom was tiny. Other than that, the breakfast was delicious and the place was very clean and the staff friendly.

This was a great hotel! Would definitely stay here again with my family.

If you like hot showers, this isn’t the hotel for you. Great downtown location though.

The hotel itself was immaculate clean. Room was great, breakfast was great, staff were very nice. However there was mechanical issues with the elevators. One was down during our stay and we got trapped in another when trying to get to our room on the 8th floor. We were stuck with another family. Had to call the fire department because we could not get a hold of the front desk after pushing the call button several times and physically calling with our cell phones. I’m leaving a good review because the manager did make it right and refunded our stay. Still a scary experience. We also walked 8 flights of stairs after the incident to get back and forth to our room during the rest of our stay. Hotel was great, just needs some mechanical work to their elevators to hopefully prevent this from happening again.

It was a clean nice place. The employees were awsome the hotel was great. The only problem was the drug deal that happened in the parking lot right next to my vehicle when me and my family where trying to leave.

It is in a very convenient location for attending activities at the stadium.

The two bedroom suite was exactly what we needed. Highly recommended for a family or friends traveling together.

Amenities offered in the hotel to guests were good, especially the breakfasts and the happy hours. The happy hours were a surprise to me. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the shower warmed up. In the room, the only downside was that not all electrical outlets worked, and some were in strange, almost inaccessible locations.

This is the kind of hotel you hope to stay at when visiting downtown, and just far enough out of the city center that you miss some of the chaos you'd get, say, near Monument Circle. It's VERY close to all the popular downtown attractions and Lucas Oil Stadium is literally out the window. Yes, you have to pay to park, but doing so gives you access to a parking garage as well as the open hotel lot. I had been worried about the walk to the garage because crime in Indy (my beloved hometown, mind you) is no joke *anywhere* downtown BUT I was very comforted to find the walk is simply out the door of the Suites, across the front of the Holiday Inn next door, and straight into the garage. It is not a max-security garage but I felt safe at night nonetheless. The hotel locks at 10 for non-guests. The hotel was very clean, had tons and tons of food and amenities (huge hot breakfast, social hour = yum!) and while you don't get the glitziest downtown view, a room with a view gives you a massive eyeful of Lucas Oil Stadium where the Colts play and the skyline in the distance. Maybe not the most impressive if you're not a big sports fan, but if you are, it's pretty neat!! The staff were all kind, helpful, and IHG rewards can get you late check-out. The in-room kitchen was great and all the beds (regular and couch) were comfy. The only downside was that a couple of the laundry machines were broken, but that's life. There was also working laundry. I'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our trip to watch the Colts play. It is a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the stadium. Breakfast was delicious as well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed and liked it. The only thing we criticies is the breakfast it could be a lot healthier for example whole weat toast, fresh cooked oatmeal without suggar, … And it would be nice to haben less plastic in form of metal cutlery and proper dishes.

Nice hotel with a helpful, welcoming staff. Great breakfast buffet and happy hour. The room was spacious and well-appointed. Lovely pool. This hotel is perfect for those attending an event at Lucas Oil Stadium or the convention center, and it's less than a mile from the Indiana Statehouse area/downtown. But it's in a gritty area that's not really walkable on its own. There are a couple of bar/restaurants and a gas-station mini-mart nearby. Heading to downtown, one has to walk on a highway-like trash-strewn street, unfortunately.

Staff was very friendly, quick and easy check in and out. Rooms were great, and no noisy neighbors.

Pleasant surprise in every way. Location (one block from Lucas oil Stadium) and layout (separate bedroom and living room/kitchen areas) were perfect. Great value, too.

I was very impressed with this hotel. From the really good breakfast to the happy hour in the afternoon. Clean, comfy rooms, well appointed. Only steps from the convention center and the stadium. Right off the highway but you definitely need a car to drive into town. Parking is $25. Great location.

The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and the location is great for events at White River, Lucas Oil Field and the Slippery Noodle.
