Will not stay there again disappointing

The place was very clean rooms were very nice staff was great

We arrived shortly after 3p to find that our rooms (2) were not ready. The hotel had full occupancy the night before so I understand the delay. We had to wait about an hour before we could check in. We found our rooms to be clean. The lock on one of the doors did not work so we had to move rooms. The manager on duty was very accommodating. Our room had some minor issues like the wallpaper raising up under the bathroom and the shower curtain wasn’t long enough to reach the bathtub so water sprayed all over the floor while taking a shower. Minor issues. Overall, the hotel met our needs for one night.

Carpet to hallway was being replaced and glue and mess was where you had to walk thru to get to room. The front desk person was very rude on more than one occasion and acted mad that she was being bothered and her attitude was less than friendly. Even while checking in she had a very bad attitude.

Everything is great except for the pool. It has a green discoloration to it & a lot of trash in it. Otherwise, staff, location, & room are good.

The Holiday Inn Express was clean and in very good condition. The front desk stafff was extremely helpful when we experienced a problem with our room door lock. They took immediate action and made sure everything was working properly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this one in mind when we travel that way again.

Staff was very friendly but they had to walk us to our room each time because the key pad was broke. We had to wait 15 minutes to get into our room on more than 1 occasion. Also they cancelled our reservation because of overbooking 1.5 hours before check in. They finally honored the reservation. Very stressful.

Trashcans were overflowing in hallways. Dirt and grim in all corners of the bathroom.

VERY disappointing for $150/night. Nasty spots on the room floor right out in the middle of the carpet. Toilet seat broken. Shower doors extremely hard to slide open (no handles either). Water pressure PITIFUL. Privacy door latch was missing. In room A/C erratic. PITIFUL !!!!

Quick Easy Process

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was great with good options. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay was great. Pull-out sofa was a typical pull-out (bar in the back) but the kids didn't mind. Any extra blankets/towels that were needed were available within minutes. Breakfast was great. The AC in the room was COLD! The laundry taking a debit card really makes life easier!

There was hardly any continental breakfast. The hotel had an odor to it. The ac in the room wasn’t working. Overall not a very good experience. We will not be staying at this location again.

The bathroom is the only thing I didn’t like. The tube had brown spots on the wall and shower curtain.

Had man come into our rm by mistake! B’fast had no milk, knives, or spoons until nice guy at front desk founds spoons for us. Ran out of several b’fast items. When we checked into our room, there were dirty towels outside door next to our rm & they were still there when we checked out. Also eating area floor seemed to be sticky & dirty.

I was in room 222 and the shower was filthy with noticeable discoloration around the base and floor. Hard water stains covered the door track and glass. It looked like the shower has never gotten anything more than a simple wipe-down. A colleague said his room was fine and didn't have this problem.

Security latch on door was broken. Bathroom a bit worn looking. But otherwise OK. Not the greatest HI Express we've ever stayed in.

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The staff was accommodating, friendly.

The front desk staff was fabulous. However, we reserved 6 rooms and several of them smelled bad and bathtubs had glued mats that were moldy, and some were partially unglued.

Comfy and clean.

Check in was at 3 rooms were not ready didn’t get in room until 4 bathroom tub had lots of mold

Hotel is alright.

We had a wonderful experience! Check in/Check out, our room, the staff, breakfast, etc. Everything was great!

We called twice to ensure we had rooms available for a late checkin and were assured we did every time. Until we arrived at 11pm to find that we didn’t have a room available and had to scramble to find another hotel at midnight with three small children. Unacceptable.

Room could have been cleaner. Found a used condom near the bed. Bathroom needs to be re caulked. Weird wind tunnel noise all night. Fire alarm light in middle of room flashed every 10 seconds. Monitor coffee. Don't let it run out at breakfast. Empty trash cans more often in dining area.
