Very clean property and friendly staff

Room we booked had a very strong terrible odor coming through bathroom vents smelling like pot! Sickening smell!!! Took a bit of negotiating to have room moved because I booked through Expedia. They told me I couldn’t be moved due to Expedia booking. - and this hotel wasn’t even close to 1/2 full!!! Very frustrating!!!!!!!!

First room had mold in the walls and the wall paper was peeling off. Someone tried to use scotch tape to hide it. second room still had the smell but it was a tad bit better looking. Staff was helpful but there wasn’t much they could do due to how busy they were.

Everyone of your staff were extremely nice from the security guards..to the staff at the restaurant for breakfast. So friendly

Pricey. Late check in time. Great pool, jacuzzi, and sauna.

The room esp bathroom was needing a redo. Broken and chipped tiles, caulk needing replacement etc.

Hotel smelled like smoke but the room was clean. A little outdated but not bad. They had a great restaurant in the hotel and very nice gift shop. It was my first time going to a casino. It was a fun experience getting my players card and checking everything out in the casino. I might come back for the casino part but may get a different hotel to stay at.

I like how it feels like a little city with areas all over to go to. The smoke smell is awful tho. And the room i had was very dated and not very clean. But pleasant stay and friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool was a little chilly but very clean area. The rooms are outdated.

They provided us initially with a room that was not cleaned from the last individuals who stayed. Alternatively, they gave us a room with a screaming lady and her kids (still awake and running around at midnight) to the point we had to call security.

Hot tub was cold

This is a one and done stay. We were excited to stay at the KEWADIN first time, but the minute we stepped in the building it felt like a smokehouse. Overwhelming smoke from cigarettes takes over the entire place , we had to go to our room and stay there for the night. We're also disappointed with the pool closure at 10 pm , we were 2 minutes late and turned away..Also the agents at the check in desk could crack a smile once in a while, no one is friendly at this place.

I feel our room was not as clean as it should have been. I found hair in the sink a dirty towel in the shower no garbage bags in the garbage cans. The staff was rather rude. I read on the webpage that if you lived above or below the Mackinaw bridge you would get $8.00. when i stopped at the players club to ask about this i was told that we didnt qualify because we weren't regular players. maybe not but we did travel 225 miles one way to go there. no perks for people that actually travel to visit there. So very unsatisified in our stay compare to our experiece at Bay Mills that we have decided to never drive that far again to spend time and money at Kewadin Ste. Saint Marie.

We went to the hotel at 5 pm to check in which is an hour after check-in time and were told by the front desk they only had one room available of the two we had reserved and couldn't tell us if we could have rooms near each other. We asked to talk to a manager and all of a sudden they had two rooms ready near each other. Just frustrating when the front desk person had an attitude when checking in and didn't want to be helpful. We had traveled over four hours to this destination and just wanted to check in and relax. Note they do allow smoking in this hotel/casino so if smoke bothers you I would steer clear, that is the first thing you smell when walking into the hotel area and upper hallways to the rooms. The rooms themselves did not smell like smoke though thankfully. The casino was nice, with lots of games to choose from. The restaurant was good and the employees there were helpful and upbeat, the bar was nice with affordable drinks with great bartenders. I would go back again.

We lived there location. It was a nice area. However, being able to hear what is going on in the next room, was not good. We could make out the words they were saying. Walls way too thin. This hotel is not very conservative when it comes to water usage. The faucet is automatic, but it takes a long time to shut off. I drawed my hands and walking out the bathroom door before it shut off.

Had booked 2 rooms, the were in different towers, wanted to be closer to my 87 year old Mom. No soap in bathroom, housekeeping was responsive to bring some. Bed very comfortable

Parking was a little far for handicap …quite a walk for someone with hip issues

Nice hotel but it is in need of renovations. Rooms a little dated but for just needing a place to crash for the night it was perfect.

Had to wait to check in as our room was not ready

Even though our room was a non-smoking we could smell smoke in room, hallways, etc. No cold water from the sink. The casino was very difficult to find where all the slots, card tables, etc. we’re located — very disappointed.

Stayed for 4 nights, it was quiet all night, well removed from the entertainment portion of the facility. Parking lot well-lit, felt safe outside and inside. Despite numerous no-smoking signs, hallways, stairwells and my room had lingering odor of smoking. However, I will continue to stay here.
