I like the laminate floors and the room was clean and spacious.

There were families that are living in the hotel who are loud, obnoxious and just plain don’t care about hotel guests. They were screaming up and down the hallways, slamming doors, would go outside and scream outside room. Smoking outside of room so cigarette smell would linger into room. Was also another smell that was very strong unless there was a skunk on the property? The families kids were climbing on cars, mine included. They would hover around door ways smoking and just basically discouraging hotel guests from using other door beside the main entrance.

Staff was friendly. The place was very clean. Good breakfast and had access to coffee all day.

A pool would have been nice, but for the price I was happy.

It was clean and the staff was great. The jacuzzi tub was amazing. The sofa in the room was outstandingly comfortable!

The bed was hard as a rock, and breakfast was not the greatest. The floors were very creeky in our room.

Very clean, lady at front desk was very polite.

Location was good for shopping. Breakfast was the usual cereal, muffins, bagels, coffee, juice. Room and facilities were clean. Staff was friendly.

The heater in our room made loud noises every time it turned on. It woke us up and kept us awake.
