The room was fine. Breakfast was less than appealing for the cost of the room. Very limited selection. I forgot my toothpaste so I asked the front desk, which at most places is complimentary, and I was told it would cost me $2 for a tiny tube of toothpaste. Again, for the price of the room it should have been included. I would probably not stay at this hotel again.

This trip was the second time staying at Grand Stay. Beautiful location, close to lovely small businesses and the staff is wonderful.

A bit disappointed in the pool/spa area. There is no Spa or hot tub. Very disappointed. The only reason we booked here was for the pool an and hot tub. Have not been to a hotel that had a pool and not have a Hot Tub. Overpriced!

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. Unfortunately like others have said the beds aren't that comfortable. While eating the hot breakfast, I was harassed by staff insinuating I wasn't actually staying there. Apparently with the low income housing across the street and 3 registered sex offenders 1 block away, they have security issues. Definitely NOT a place I would bring the kids.

Everything was good. The only thing is the bed was a bit uncomfortable but it was still a nice hotel. I would stay there again.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which is perfect for a family. 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch. Clean on comfy, only drawback was the bathroom floor needs replacing-broken tile. Breakfast was good. Thanks

its great they built this place a block off Main Street and there are lots of restaurants and shops there nearby, nice part of town! nice new hotel, large rooms with a full kitchen. Friendly staff as well

Staff was very friendly and the building, overall, was very quiet. I usually dislike staying in hotels due to noisy hallways, or slamming doors, or loud people especially at night. I didn't see, or hear, any of this. All staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Very poor sound control in this hotel; kept awake till 1:00 am by people on floor above ours. Also TV in living room far too loud in bedroom. Front desk very unfriendly both at check in and check out. No smiles/friendliness. Breakfast mediocre. Tiles in bathroom floor cracked.

Nice, quiet place. Spacious small, clean apartment. I had good coffee and a cold breakfast, but the hot part of the breakfast was terrible. Saggy potato cake, dry scrambled egg, and some sausage mixed with something that smelled spoiled. Besides this I recommend.

Overall, it was fine. The one annoying this was that I asked what time checkout was and I was told 11. Then, despite having the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, TWICE housekeeping came to the door to clean. Each time I explained that we'd be out by just before 11. Then at 10:30 I got a call informing me that checkout was at 11. I paid for a night and did not appreciate being rushed out in the morning.

Clean, nice lobby area although we didn’t take advantage of the breakfast. Unfortunately we were given a handicap accessible room so our sink area was 2’x2’ with no counter space and the dark shower had no lip so water spilled all over the floor. And this was a 2 bedroom suite for 5 adults! Also one of our bedrooms was directly above the lobby so at 6:30 am we could hear the loud conversations which was a bummer. Kitchenette was nice to have.

I stay here for business trips to the Manitowoc/Two Rivers area. The hotel is always accommodating to my check-in/out needs due to inconsistent Night Shift schedule. The gym is great; love the refreshment area, also!

Beds comfy. Bathrooms need bit of TLC; outdated, rocking toilet, nothing that makes it a game changer. It is clean and suited our family gathering for funeral at nearby church.

Great location in downtown Sheboygan. Able to walk to dinner, shopping and entertainment. Parking is in a lot behind the hotel. Large lobby and breakfast space. Also a large outdoor space for eating or sitting. The room was large with a kitchen and separate bedroom. Reasonable rate for the amenities included.

When I opened the cupboard to take out a coffee up it had t been cleaned. And I only had “two” of everything - knife, fork. Property is clean but the bathroom is tired. Sink didn’t drain well.

The staff here is super unfriendly, as if they are really unhappy with their job. Couldn’t crack a smile when we checked in. The rooms are clean and fairly comfortable, but the free breakfast is really minimal.

There were exceptionally noisy groups of people partying in the hallway on the 3rd floor from 1:30 - 4:30 AM!!! Totally ruined our stay on Saturday night, August 26th

Beware, checked in late as my flight was delayed in Chicago, was exhausted. Arrived to hotel front desk employee was arguing with her ride in the parking lot. A lot of cursing and profanity. In which we doing drugs in the parking in the car. Checked in approximately 11pm. Appearance and condition is very dated from the 80’s. Woke up from a smelly room and my allergies were full on attack. Stopped at the front desk and stated my room had no hangers. The manager told me I had to request them. I was on my way out to Kohler training. I simply asked if they could kindly put them in my room. Then then manager said oh No we don’t go in rooms? So I then asked how do you offer housekeeping if you don’t go in the room? She then stated we do offer house keeping. Is really? So no towel service either. She then stated when you need towels you throw them on the hallway floor and we will leave clean one on the hallway floor for you. What what is the name of the hotel I asked?l The Gran Stay! I asked to check out as I was charged in advance for five days. I asked for a refund and they asked why and I stated this is not so Grand. I felt like a hostel. I was there a total of 7 hours in which they refused to give me a refund for four days. They charged me 48hours 2 days which is completely unfair. The name is nothing what it represents. The managers attitude and hotel was as bad as of the condition of employee in the parking lot.
