We were in town for a concert and stayed just one night. The location was perfect, staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and breakfast was fine. Room for improvement would be giving options other than disposable products in the breakfast area (e.g. coffee mugs instead of paper cups).

Very pleasant staff, nice breakfast. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The heat unfortunately is very noisy and the lovely window with a snowy view of the river was so drafty i had to wear a sweater to enjoy the view. I am okay with every other day housekeeping but the room needs to be arranged so this works better. More towels, more coffee, a bigger trash can etc. Yes one can call but just why not just provide better service?

False advertisment on expedia for a hot tub. Poor expedia customer services. Bed had a dirty sheet with a blood spot. Had to get beds changed at 11pm to put my 6 year old to bed. Breakfast was gross.

Nice well-kept, large room. Only issue was the body wash in the shower was impossible to open! Noisy neighbor above was unfortunate. The lady caring for the breakfast room was exceptionally helpful.

Whilst it did what we needed, the rooms were large but dull and needed a remake as did the bathroom. The air con kept waking us up as even on low fan setting, it was like a jet plane taking off

We have stayed at 11 Hampton inns on our 15 day New England trip and all have been top notch , love the Bath area in Maine and this hotel was in the perfect spot to walk the town and see all the beautiful areas of the bay . Highly recommend staying with Hampton

Nice hotel facing the river or lush green grass and trees on the other side. Just outside the cute downtown area of Bath. Clean room, comfy bed, good breakfast, quiet.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Sandy at the front desk was awesome….she was so friendly and extremely helpful. We asked lots of questions of her regarding different things to see and do in the area, and she was so helpful. We loved her!

This was just a quick overnight stay for my family of four. The staff was super inviting and friendly. The room was very clean and left no hesitation to book there again. I left my airpods there and they were turned in. The staff were so gracious and mailed them to me once found.

Traveling with a one year old and a dog, plus 3 adults. Check-in was seamless, room was clean and well-appointed, service was professional and pleasant, and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever seen in a hotel in this range. River view and walk to restaurants & market.

Property was fine and staff was very accommodating. The beds aren’t great. Biggest issue was a miss communication between Xperia and the hotel. They did not honor my reservation.

It was wonderful and location is fantastic. One eco-friendliness…there is not a water refill station out in lobby and instead plastic water bottles are offered.
