Very good hotel for the price. Close to very nice shopping mall

The Hotel is very good and nice Clean, good breakfast every day and Front desk and Kitchen crew ara super friendly and very helpful, we are very Happy with everybody there

Good value for the money

I really enjoyed the staff and the breakfast. There are many local restaurants near. Also, the Chipicaphe Mall is in walking distance from the hotel.

This hotel is clean and comfortable; they have a good breakfast; unfortunately the room they gave us was old and needed The system was down the day we arrived on 9/9/19 so there was no WiFi, however it was quickly repaired. Overall, this a good overnight hotel for travelers passing by, not a place to stay over two nights. I liked this hotel because it’s in a good neighborhood and it’s close to Chipichape mall. Quick taxi service.

My stay was pleasant, however the pictures displayed on the website did not portray an accurate description. Jacuzzi was being remodeled and chairs and tables are not available on the 6th floor. Management does not answer ones emails. I had 3 emails go unanswered.

Really nice place. The breakfast was good. Large selection. The room and lobby were super clean. Nice modern hotel.

I will not be going there again checking in took 38 minutes and I was the only person there.. they explained that the computer system was slow. Checking out was apparently confusing as well because that took 40 minutes. one day the keys did not work and needed to have a person go out with me to open my door every time I needed to go to the room. The other day they have to call the police due to a disappointing encounter between a lady and her Patron. Very very thin doors means you hear everything that is going on in the rooms next to you or in the corridor. never again. the only positive point was the the manager calling me into my room apologizing for the two hours I could not sleep because of the police and promising a free dinner. Never mind that at check out they did charge me ...

This was my second stay at the property. The staff is the best. the rooms are very clean. This is better than a three star hotel. I love the place.

Excellent. I became sick while there and the staff made sure there was someone that spoke good English to help. They offered to change my room and anything they could do to help.

I need to call reception to get towels, soap and other essential elemnts always present in any category hotel. The offer WiFi in the room but it is not true, very disappointing stay, Never come back

Clean and quiet. Friendly sraff. Family and business oriented. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed, modern facility with quiet air conditioning, flat screen, clean shower, fridge. Just like in the pictures. Best bang for your dollar.

At the beginning I was a bit worried, since I've never heard about this hotel, however it surprised me because the cost-benefit is superb. I will recommend this hotel any time.
