This was our first VRBO in Discovery Bay, and it was amazing! The house was incredibly clean, nicely decorated, and the furniture in great condition. The linens on the beds felt like an upscale hotel. The couch…so comfy! Turn on some music from the Amazon TV account. The back deck had a dining table, two comfortable cushioned chairs for coffee and an outdoor gas fire pit with couch. Tons of spaces to enjoy the view. We brought our 23ft boat and enjoyed motoring out of the Discovery Bay…because good news…look for the rope swing for the teens.
It’s really the little extras. I forgot coffee, but they had enough + little creamers/sugar to tide us over. Shampoo and conditioner…just extras that you usually bring. So thanks again!!

We visited Discovery Bay to celebrate a friends birthday. We had a great time and the house is really cute. The couch and master bed were super comfortable!

Really enjoyed our family time at Paradise Villa. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Our grandkids loved paddle boarding and swimming in the bay. The hosts were so quick to respond and very accommodating. Great place to stay!

We truly enjoyed our stsy while at discovery bay. The house was cozy and everything we needed while we were there. Our kids had so much fun and loved being outside fishing off the dock and hanging out on the deck. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

We were looking for a property that would be comfortable with my older parents (85yrs), as well as two other adults. We were greeted with a welcome sign and a bottle of white wine, and a clean, calm and relaxing atmosphere.
The home is tastefully furnished. The kitchen is well equipped. The main bedroom has a walk-in shower. The owners have taken the time to put ambient lighting throughout the home -which is lovely (a little tree that lights up at dusk and turns off at 10:30pm and candles). The owners have put together a guest guidebook that was informative and helpful.
The back deck and view is really pretty. We would have loved to sit outside with the firepit, but it was too cold. We are definitely inclined to return when the weather is a smidge warmer.
We were very happy with our three nights at this home and are appreciative that it more than lived up to our expectations.

The hosts, Tammy and Lee are exceptional hosts, very sweet and very kind. They respond quickly to any queries we might have. We loved the welcome wine for the bridal party as well. What a thoughtful gesture.
Absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable and quiet place. Location is just 27 minutes away from our wedding venue. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Would definitely visit again and would definitely recommend to my family and friends. Double thumbs up. 👍🏼👍🏼

This was a wonderful place for my wife and I to spend a few days with our two adult daughters. The entire property was super-nicely redone recently and had everything we needed for our stay. The deck area on the water was spacious and a great gathering place. Evenings on the delta are hard to beat! Great sunsets! Communication with the owners was great, they were super responsive to our questions and made the stay - beginning to end - very easy.

The location was great, the owners very responsive and the home was perfect for the four of us. The welcome sign, the bottles (wine and sparkling juice), and the coffee were so thoughtful. Although we live only an hour away, it seemed like a mini vacation! We absolutely loved it!

Everything a family could want! Comfortable gathering place. Amazing deck with relaxing view. Something for everyone to do from games to kayaking. Watching the wildlife was a family favorite. The owners were amazing to work with. We would definitely stay there again!
