Very clean, modern and comfortable. A bit surprised there was tea but no microwaveable cups so no way to drink it (paper cups were labeled not microwaveable). Nice buffet breakfast. Parking is safe and secured. Variety of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. No recycling containers in the room or in the hallways or anywhere I could see unfortunately so all trash goes in one can. Wish they could have provided either filtered water or drinking water in the room.

If the heaters and the fire pits were turned on outside, it would attract more people to the lounge. It looked dead rather than lively and appealing. Music would be nice. Just a suggestion.
My only complaint was the breakfast. Waffles were hard as a rock. Waited for fresh ones and they weren’t that much better. The food selection was great. It was how the food was prepared.

Hotel was great, it is close to everything dinning, shopping and the down town area. Very clean, indoor hot top and pool was great. The bar was great as well. I do highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I have to.

My family and I stayed there when we lost power after an ice storm. The hotel is clean, warm and staff was very friendly! On one of the evenings of fire alarm went off due to a burst pipe. The staff did an excellent job helping folks navigate the seemingly emergency that turned out to be a false alarm. We felt safe and taken care of.

The only beef I have is that this is the second time I have stayed and had some lights work and others not work. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice to have things work.
Staff was fabulous! Parking cost is super high when there are free alternatives right near paid parking.
Also. Hotels need room service.

The staff shined brighter than anything. Everything was perfection, but man, they were so friendly and accommodating. Anthony, Lara, Girl with the long dark blonde hair who worked on Jan 18, 19. Cannot say enough great things about these people!

The hotel now charges for parking but we were not informed of that until check in. The breakfast was stale and burnt. Pool is nice

I loved this hotel. It was very clean; the staff were friendly, attentive & accommodating; modern; and, given its location in a shopping area, very quiet. Next time I need to go to Eugene, it will be my place to stay!

Great property with a mall right next to it and one only 6 min away and tons of food choices was very convenient. And I loved the hot tub to relax between traveling and entertaining was a nice touch. And the facility was spotless and friendly. The breakfast was nice as well especially since it was free. Will definitely be back.

The only big drawback is that none of the key card systems were working, but that allowed them to have good service while solving peoples problems. Overall happy kids, happy dad.

It’s a beautiful hotel but I think we were placed in an older room with chipped desk and random marks on the wall like furniture was moved around. Overall though a decent stay.

In check in, I found the clerk petty. There are 3 of us in a room but he can only give 2 bottles of water. Really?? Ridiculous

We were in Eugene for our anniversary (where we were married). We had a lovely stay. There are plenty of restaurants within walkig distance. There is a breakfast buffet and a bar. Our bartender gave us a round of drinks on the house (manager approved) when she heard it was our anniversary. There is plenty of parking and the other guests were quiet. Friendly staff.

Restaurants- Sabai(really good thai food), Pegasus Pizza, Pastini, all very tasty!
Shops- Nordstrom Rack, Sephora, Old Navy, JCrew to name few...
Grocery stores- Trader Joe's(walking distance) and Albertson's(across the street)
Gas station/Chevron- in the same strip mall area to make it convenient to fill up your car and go...
All these things right in the same complex!
Our stay this time included free breakfast and it was nice to be able to grab a quick bite before getting on the road.
This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely stay here again next time we're in Eugene! Highly recommend!
