We stayed one night prior to our cruise. We booked based off of previous reviews on sight. We were so disappointed and disgusted. The rooms and hotel APPEAR to be clean BUT.. that’s not the case. The room we were given had roaches. When we told the hotel about it they said they were aware that the room they put us in and recently had a problem and they apparently quarantined it for a few days. Long story short we will never book again. We couldn’t leave fast enough.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Only negative was the refrigerator with a worn out compressor. Extremely noisy and in need of replacing.

Room was large and comfortable, with a very good mattress. Staff was friendly and helpful. It would have been even better if there were a restaurant in or adjacent to the property. Food options were very limited, especially when arriving after 8pm.

Clean comfortable accommodation. One night stay for us but well appointed kitchen would make this ideal for longer stay.

I cannot be more thankful for the Candlewood!!!! We were at another hotel in Miami that was completely unacceptable for any person to stay at, a total Hotel catfish. I got to this hotel around 11pm and was greeted with a clean beautiful lobby and incredible customer service and to then be put up top floor 6 and the room was so clean!!! I will forever stay here every trip moving forward in honestly any state! I cannot be more thankful for the Candlewood suites.

Very clean, mini stocked kitchenette, comfortable beds. A great feature, big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No packets to rip open or tiny bottles.

Stayed here for a overnight stay at beginning and end of international trip. Was impressed with how clean it was! Staff at front desk was friendly and quite comfortable beds and pillows! Airport shuttle was a bonus although it only runs 6 am- 1030 pm . Quick trip to airport with that or uber.

Hotel had an airport shuttle and was super clean and comfortable. Also, the resturant that is in the building had excellent food and it was nice to not have to leave to get a bite to eat.

What i can say about the property is that it was booked for convenience. Its closeness to the airport and the fact that they provided shuttle service was top tier, or so I thought!!
I dont know what kind of scam is being ran by the front desk clerk(s) and the taxi drivers, but the shuttle was never available at the scheduled pick-up/drop-off times and the Front Desk claims he wasnt answering, resulting in taxi cabs being called and utilized because no one wants to miss their flight.
But what was craziest, was the fact that as i an another family were about to take the taxi ride this morning February 2, 2024 at 6:15am the taxi driver walks to the Clerk and slaps some cash in his hand. this needs to be investigated,as it presented a problem to us as patrons expecting to use the shuttle service!

Convenient clean hotel very close to Miami international airport. Be aware that it is so close that you can hear runway traffic at all hours. Helpful and friendly staff.

It’s literally right next to a four lane road and a runway for fedex planes! If you sleep heavy you may not notice but I do not sleep heavy so I found it very noisy!

This hotel is not cruise friendly. The shuttle won’t take you to the port. There is no breakfast.

Front Desk Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Room needed maintenance, however this took hours to resolve. In addition, fire alarm went off at 5 am. No followup or information from staff until we checked out.
Otherwise room was nice and bed comfortable.

The refrigerator in the room was so loud, it sounded like it was broken. We did not complain because we were so tired, just wanted to sleep and didn’t want the inconvenience of moving to another room.

On a busy road but room is quiet. Airport shuttle and proximity to airport a plus would stay again. Enjoyed restaurant in building.

Staff was professional and friendly! Room and other accommodations were clean. adequate parking.
The only drawback to me was the size of the television. It was too small for the size of the suite.

It is great if you need a hotel near the airport or the port; however, it is not close to the beach. But with the help of UBER and Lfty. You can get to wherever you need to go. There are some restaurants in the are one next door that close’s between 3pm - 5pm. But a .5mile walk there are small sub shops. We visited on that was delicious it was next to a hair salon.

Very lovely clean hotel. Staff were very accommodating. Room was great. Very spacious. Waljable to convenience stores and fast food restaurants. 10 minute uber ride to Dolphin mall. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice and clean, the room felt new. However it was not very child friendly. The bathroomdoor keeps slamming shut. Some hard edges ( bed and table). Big kitchenknives in a kitchendrawer that was accesible for a todler that we needed to store away. Other that that everything was fine. Kitchen a bit weirdly build. Upper cabinets are so low that you can’t really see what ur doing on the countertop. But not a very big problem for just a stay. I liked that there was free parking and everything seemed very clean staff was friendly and fast.
