An amazing experience! Exclusive service, and a big thanks to Gaby. She helped me, upgrading my room for at better view over Hudson Yard. The size of the room was great, and the location of the hotel the best. The bathrooms were amazing, and especially the main, with both shower and bathtub with a fine view.

It was wonderful. Everyone is pleasant and welcoming. The service is timely and handling with care. They upgraded my room for what I thought was a very fair and inexpensive deal. Overall it was a great time.

Was the least hospitable hotel I’ve ever come across. As a weary traveler who had experienced travel delays, they acted with no sympathy. It felt as if they were doing me a favor by letting me stay there when I had a reservation. They tried to downgrade my room when I am a VIP with Hotels.com. Very greedy and inhospitable behavior.

The elevators were not working. Had to wait up to 15 minutes to ride up or down.

It was terrific, the only inconvenience was the shower drain was very slow to drain.

It’s an old building. No sound proof. The elevators are sounds like similar to subway. Stay away from the elevator. I was hearing noises from next room. The week when I stayed in the hotel was having a fashion week and they hosted events. We had to wait about 10min for the elevator. It has a nice riverside view, walkable to NYU and a market and pharmacy near by, streets are clean.

Housekeeping was on top of everything. Was nice coming back after a long day to a stocked room and ice for drinks, chocolate and water on the nightstand. Great stay, fabulous service.

From check in to check out always a pleasant experience.

Upon arrival we were greeted at front desk with a staff person who seemed very rushed, and her attention kept returning to the guest she had already said goodbye to when she waived us forward. She checked us in very distractedly, handed us keys and off we went. We discovered the next day that the shower was dysfunctional. It had two temperatures, scalding hot and freezing. The hot was so hot it burned our skin. It was impossible to set the temperature to anything in between. And at checkout we found out that we had been given an $87 hotel credit which we were not aware of, and was not even mentioned at check-in. When asked if it could be applied to our balance the front desk said no. So the credit remained unused. I don't know if this was a hotels.com credit or directly from the hotel, but it was not on my hotels.com reservation, and the hotel never mentioned it until after we had checked out. The hotel doorman was excellent, he gets 5 stars. The rest of the experience was very disappointing. We will not be returning.

Very spacious room at the western corner of SoHo - steps to C/E subway express to midtown; a few more steps to the heart of SoHo. Newer property. Will return.

Beautiful and spacious rooms with amazing views especially if your room is high up!! You can tell the furniture and bathroom has some wear and tear but the views make up for it as well as the service - top tier

There is no longer a bar for a cocktail pre-dinner or post dinner. The beautiful lounge area that we always enjoyed is no a pseudo work center.

I had a stain in the middle of the room for my whole stay (see google review for pictures) Staff would say they would take care of it but never did. I checked out today and went to a different hotel! Also the rate through expedia was 100 less per night than what then ended up charging. I stayed there last October for a week and all was well, it was a different hotel this time!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was big but not as described on Orbitz. We stayed in the Hudson King and Orbitz described as 538 sq ft but it was more like 400. It had a couch which was nice. The staff was really friendly. Great location and away from all the busy areas but there was a subway stop near so that was nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everyone at the Dominick was incredible! Nima was very helpful. The location was perfect. Quiet, not so busy, and our room on the 38th floor could not have been better!

I stayed one night and it was a great experience. First of all, my view was amazing. Highly recommemd booking a SoHi view room if possible. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had a car and the doorman gave me a great tip to park along the street as it was free after 6. The restaurant attached to the hotel has a dress code and I didn't want to change out of my sweats, so the concierge suggested a wonderful option within walking distance. They were also very accomodating with checkout. I had a massage in the morning and it was no issue for them to allow me to checkout an hour late so I could shower and dress afterward. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.

The facilities were in disrepair (automatic blinds didn't work, shower leaked), there was no hot water two separate mornings, very poor lighting in the room, TV was not really viewable from the bed. For a luxury hotel, we really expected much more. To their credit, the front desk staff gave us a credit because of the hot water issues. On the plus side, the spa was nice and had some unique treatments, but no healthy snacks. The food from room service was delicious. And the doormen were great.

The views are the absolute best in NYC. The staff is very polite and attentive. We have stayed in most of the high end hotels in NYC and this is the best. Plus so much less crowded are than those closer to Central Park and the area offers shopping along the same level.

We only stayed one night, and wish we had one more…Beautiful view from our room… freedom tower! Cozy and gorgeous…. Loved the bathroom and bath products. Loved the bathtub(though we weren’t able to use it because of our short stay).. extremely comfortable bed, and such lovely bedding! Lots of drawer space for 2, and the vanity in the bathroom has drawers that were perfect for storing the amount of toiletry items and cases… Paid parking lot (not associated with the hotel), right across the street… reasonable rates. Very courteous staff, and such a gorgeous lobby… I wish we would have had another night, as there were wonderful restaurants on property. The neighborhood has many restaurants and shops in walking distance, given its legendary location. Highly recommend!! Thanks for a great , though short, stay!

Less crowded neighborhood than mid-town during the holiday season, so much easier to get restaurant reservations. Easy walkability to the Village and above, and to both westside and eastside subway systems. Excellent SoHo restaurants and shopping in neighborhood of hotel.

I live in New Jersey and had to stay here for two nights, so I really liked the proximity to the Holland tunnel, which is just a stones throw away

There was a wait for the elevators every time we used them Twice we had to wait 20 min or longer to get on an elevator A staff member said the issue has been going on for months but the ownership refuses to fix the problem

The only issue is when stay on the 23th floor, maybe it’s closer to the kitchen, I can smell the kitchen cooking . Like cooking oil or fried something.
