Nice, clean and comfortable room. Customer service was great. Two restaurants attached to hotel which is very convenient. Free parking! I’ll definitely stay here again.

It was short 1 day trip but was really impressive with the amenities and balcony view. The only down fall is it smelt like marijuana on our floor and we could hear people in the hallway in the middle of the night making loud sounds.

I love staying here. The staff are friendly, my kids love the pool, and there is so much to do close by.

Overall a very nice place. Our room was just a little dingy. Didnt look like room was vacuumed very well...

I didn’t expect this hotel to be as nice as it is! Great decor, great amenities in the bathroom plus both a shower and a tub and two wonderful restaurants connected on each end of the property. Will definitely come back!

The hotel is very nice. The staff were all amazing! We had one of only a few rooms that had a balcony and we enjoyed it very much! Moxie's had some great food, although it's a little pricey. The area is nice and has ton of eating options.

Great location! Beautiful hotel. Nice gym. Pool area is a bit small and noticeably hot due to the heated pool and jacuzzi. I'd say the area could use some ventilation. Service was excellent and friendly! There was some slight paint peeling near the fan in the bathroom (ceiling). Otherwise, I wish I would have been able to stay longer. I will definitely be back!

The property was amazing. The decor was top notch. We also had breakfast in the attached restaurant that was very good as well. I typically don’t leave reviews but I wanted to share our experience.

We spent the weekend here- The customer service was great from a staff side, however the hot tub was out of service when we arrived. We were not made aware of this and only found out when we were already changed and headed for the spa after a long drive to relax a bit. We went to the desk to let them know and they were telling the other guests that it had been out of service for over a day, but would be fixed soon. Next morning we asked the desk and were told yes! It was fixed- sadly it was still ice cold. The rooms were clean, but TINY. Not what I would have expected form a hotel like this. In all, not bad, but I'll probably avoid this chain in the future.

Check in was quick, we were given free breakfast coupons which was really nice, the shower pressure was great and the room was really clean. Great stay overall. Kim at the front was awesome! Good Starbucks coffee machine too.

Our room was very small a d cramped. Not much space for luggage or groceries.

Convenient stay 20 minutes from airport. My only complaint is that the water in shower was so hot you couldn’t get under it. In the past it’s been super cold with no hot water. Not sure what their water temp issue is but it’s always an issue of some sort however it wouldn’t prevent me from staying again.

Zach was helpful at front desk. Facility was clean and spacious. The rooms were great and clean! Beds are very comfy.

Great hotel, great location. Two restaurants within within the hotel, and a bunch right across the street Try Benedict for breakfast in the morning. Stayed there four times in the last eight weeks and I’d stay there again

Everything was good, beds were comfy, roomswere clean, customer service was excellent. Except the breakfast buffet, itwas deceiving for the amount of money the charge us. Basic, no varieties to choose from, nothing to really feed an infant or toddler. Danishes were hard and not fresh!

Like how clean it was. The walls seemed a bit thin I could hear almost everything going on around my room.

Nice and clean hotel.

The first room I was put in the tv and phone did not work. 2nd room toilet did not work and dirty water went all over the floor after the hotel attempted to repair. They kept us in said room and sent cleaning crew(not timely to mop! Several were aware of my situation and at min 1 night should have been comp but nothing from the hotel. Poor service and attention to customer especially at the price I paid.
