The staff as a whole was fine, respectful and very friendly. They were good in communication and quality of work displayed.

The place was overpriced for its location. The breakfast was of a very poor quality given the price. The neighborhood around the hotel was precarious to the point that I didn't felt anywhere safe. I would rather pay a little extra at the Princessa Louça for safety and good quality or even consider the Grao Para Hotel which is cheaper, safer, and of better quality than this garbage I stayed. The rooms were terrible for the price I payed. There is no way I will ever return to this hotel unless if I have no other choice which includes not sleeping in the streets.

Excellent small hotel in perfect location close to Belem main square and walking distance to historic centre. Very clean, good WiFi, comfortable bed, spacious room, decent breakfast, good value for money and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!
