Location

Ants all over the place. No cleaning ir any kind of service available. The place was disgusting with dirt. Very badly decorated. Curtains very small so didn't cover windows. Air-conditioning broken. Asked for another key and nothing was done. No bins emptied for a week.Very poor all around. To leave my beautiful home to stay there was very upsetting. Delighted to have left!

The water view and location, restricted access to the building only with a key fob

Building felt spooky, dark. Stairs were dark, didn’t feel very safe because of darkness although I had no issues. There was only one roll of toilet tissue when I arrived; when it was finished, I was only given one more by the concierge. There should have been more rolls as backup. As for the kitchen, I had to ask for paper towels, no salt and pepper, nor sugar were available. I had to purchase my own. The bedding did not look or feel fresh; throw pillows had hair on them

Bed extremely uncomfortable. Sofa bed not fit for purpose. Needs replacing. Only one extra chair inside. Curtains did not block out any light (bright street lights on all night) the floor was covered in dust hair and debris. There was no DVD player as stated. Not even given enough toilet roll.

Great location! Great view!

The proximity to everything. Having the apartment meant everything on hand, washing machine, was great as could travel light. Great views. Did not find the road noise to bad, considering we were in prime position. Concierge and wife very nice.

Location was really perfect, right on the “promenade des anglais” with a beautiful sea view. City center, restaurants and supermarkets are closeby.

The apartment is quite small and offers a sofa bed only. Perfect for couples or solo travelers.

Very poor bed. The sofa-bed needs to be changed to a normal bed. It is not good enough to sleep on a hard bench.
