Place is absolutely gorgeous. Has everything you need to stay... But of course you can see that from the pictures... But this place is in the best location... Was there to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. Walkable restaurants, beach is a blocks away.. Host was quick and fast with answers... Just overall great place to stay. Will definitely Be a returning customer...

We loved our stay! Top 5 in cleanliness and comfort. The location is great, with all the Florida stuff at your fingertips. We had a minor medical issue arise and the host worked with us to extend our stay, providing exceptional peace of mind by not having to pack and move in the middle of everything. We have found our home away from home when we come down to visit the boy-child at FIT for the next four years.

Positives: Overall renovations were very nice. Love the coastal style. Walking distance to the beach was absolutely fantastic - location couldn't be better. Check-in was easy. Smelled clean. Love that it is pet friendly. Slept well. Negatives: Footsteps from the people staying upstairs were quite loud at times, especially around 3am one night. Didn't appreciate being rushed out so quickly morning of checkout - made us feel like they only cared about getting the place ready for the next guests to arrive (early). Would be nice if checkout was an hour later. Could use some extermination as there were ants all over the kitchen counter. Water filter in refrigerator needed replacing. AC in bedroom sounded like it needed replacing as well. Also toilet didn't flush very well. Wood gate could use some repairs.
All minor things though. Would definitely stay again!

Owner was great and allowed us to check in early. Spacious for us and our two dogs. Property was extremely clean and had all you need from linens, to full kitchen items. Location is central to Melbourne Beach with walking distance to everything, beach, restaurants, and the Melbourne Beach Market, which had great finds. Surprisingly very quiet area. Highly recommend, we will be back.

I loved the property and location! It was clean, quiet and conveniently located to a nice selection of restaurants all of which I found very dog friendly, the beach also is super close with nice access. There is a small grocers right across the street, and a gas station within a block. I loved the large private outdoor area that the dogs could enjoy with me. I only wish I would have had a little more time to explore everything this location has to offer. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you for a relaxing enjoyable stay!

We found the accommodations to be delightful! Great location, loved having the beach, the pier, restaurants, groceries all within an easy walk. We were happy to have booked unit 3 which is tucked in the back away from busy Ocean Avenue. The 1-bdrm unit was well appointed, very tidy and well kept. We highly recommend.

Nice large one bedroom in a great location. Pictures of listing are accurate. Host was very responsive. Loved being able to walk to the beach and to the river. Market across the street. Great pizza present and a very good restaurant across the street. Enjoyed having our dog with us but the each and park by river don’t allow dogs. Other than that perfect place to stay.

A hidden gem at Melbourne Beach- perfect location! Nice quiet property- 4 units nicely separated - private courtyard was a sweet bonus- place was just as pictured- clean and comfortable- bed was very comfortable- cozy living room- very well stocked kitchen- a block away from fabulous ocean beach- lovely park with picnic tables- across street is a huge grocery store that had literally everything- with a Turkish/Lebanon deli - pizza- deli- cafes- liquor store- you don’t have to drive anywhere once you arrive. Quiet- relaxing- apartment was big- not cramped- good breeze- will be back- one of the best places I ever stayed! Thank you Ken for extending my stay- being so helpful- very lovely respite

I loved how close this is to the beach. Cool little bar across the street. Publix grocery store is not too far up the road. Cute and Cozy. The owner is great, even allowed us to check in a little early. Will be back, thank you.

This is one of four beach apartments. Last year we stayed in Unit #1 (at that time under different ownership), this time Unit #3. Let me say that our experience this time was better. The Unit was clean and ready for occupancy! There is a newly done paver driveway which is wonderful and looks great! All the indoor amenities are modern, operational, and in great taste. The king bed was comfortable, both TV's worked well, and the internet access was password protected and high speed. We found the kitchen to have everything we needed for our stay -- the teak countertops and modern lighting a great enhancement. You cannot find a better location near the beach. It is directly across from a grocer who carries everything. Also within a very short walk are several restaurants of different varieties. Pizza, burritos, steaks, and breakfast, all just minutes away. We can barely wait for our next visit! Oh, did we mention the host is top-notch? Probably should have said that first!

We rented both unit one and unit 3 for our stay in Melbourne. We visit Melboure often as have older family members in the area, and like to have our own space. We wanted even more of our own space this time, so instead of my brother and I renting 1 large house for our families to share, we went with the two at the same property and LOVED IT! The location is oustanding (feel free to reference my review of the other unit for details), clean, comfy, and quiet space. We would absolutely love to return... and soon! :)

Updated bottom level apartment. Very short walk to the beach with lifeguards. Walking distance to several restaurants... Sunnyside Cafe. Is a great breakfast spot and there is a market directly across from the apartment. Could hear steps upstairs but only a couple times. It's a place to stay if you plan to be out doing a lot of activities. We saw 3 launches from the beach whole there.

Everything was as pictured, very cute. Location was excellent and everything you need is easily walkable. Beach was wonderful. Appreciate that owner allows pets, and the fenced in patio was perfect. We hope to return❤️

We beach hop the Atlantic and Gulf Coast side of Florida and this has got to be on the best top 2 out of 14 we have stayed at.! The owner was VERY attentive on schedule changes and willing to accommodate! Location of the apartment as I call it , was exactly the right spot! The apartment or place was AMAZING! small (I have lived in smaller places) but VERY ATTRACTIVE! Best was, it was in the middle of all restaurants, fishing and beach!! All u can say is I would stay here again! Great time!

Our stay couldn't have been better. We felt like we were alone in the four unit condo even when people were in the other units. Great little private yard for the dog. Definitely would stay there again.

Property is as pictured and very clean. The owner, David responds quickly to questions and will honor requests if possible. Quiet area with stores, restaurants and beach near by. Would definitely stay there again.Only recommendation is a luggage holder for the bedroom and some type of window covering for the front door.

This little slice of heaven is exactly as described. It is located perfectly to a fabulous market, lovely restaurants and short walk to the beach. I was able to bring my well-behaved Shih tzu on vacation which was great for me and him. He was a perfect gentleman! The king bed was comfy. The kitchen had everything you would need. I enjoyed the coastal decor ao much that I'm redecorating a room at home with the same color scheme. The only negative would be wifi bandwidth, but this place still deserves 5 stars all around.
