This place has been updated and renovated. Great off street covered parking.

The interior was very nice but missing a few things. Make sure you bring your own towels and or laundry detergent as you will only be provided with one set per person for the duration of your stay. Not all bedrooms have a TV so be prepared for whoever takes it. There is a basic coffee maker put for making coffee so don’t bring any K-cups for your special blend of coffee. Bring your own dish towels also if you use the kitchen and want to properly clean up behind yourselves. We didn’t know the area and definitely should have done more research. The property is attached to another private residence which was not mentioned in the listing or I missed it. Overall it was a good stay but likely to pick somewhere else in the future. Also no close fast food

Great renovation of a historic home. The host was very accommodating, communicated well, and provided basic amenities you will appreciate if you travel much. Thank you to the team that manages tbis property.

This was the perfect property for a quick girls’ weekend. The home is close to everything you might want. The check in and check out process was very easy, and property management was easy to communicate with. There was construction going on in the back (new carport) but it was not at all disturbing. They didn’t start too early and were very respectful. Plenty of on-street parking. Three of the four bedrooms only had full-size beds, but that was all we needed for us girls. Having three bathrooms was amazing for all of us to get ready, especially the double vanity upstairs.

The property was amazing! It had plenty of room for our girls trip, which was 4 women and a baby! The extras that were provided was a nice touch! I wish there had been a broom or a swifter available to help keep toddler crumbs cleaned up. I would definitely recommend this location! I would also recommend a baby gate to keep young children from the stairs, because like our group we didn't think to bring one with us

We just stayed the weekend and have to say we were impressed! The location was perfect for all the family activities available in St. Louis. We especially loved that there were 4 nice size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. That is a big deal when we had a lot of females in our group! The property is still under a renovation process and the future looks bright in the neighborhood.

We chose to stay here instead of a hotel cost was better , more room, beautiful home, owner was extremely accommodating, I highly recommend it

The property was clean, well designed and very close to downtown. My group was pleasantly surprised with the additional hospitality items (house slippers, waters, snacks, toiletries, etc). The welcome booklet proved to be helpful with food recommendations nearby as well as activities to do in the area. Will be booking this place again during my next visit!

There were a few hiccups during our stay like the floors being dirty, light switches effecting other rooms, and drain issues. However overall our stay was excellent. There was more than enough room for the whole family and the host was exceptionally responsive and was able to assist any issue we had in a timely manner. Might still be a newer VRBO and have some of the growing pains that go along with it, but as a whole we had an amazing stay.

Overall great stay! The location and the size of it was perfect for what we needed. When we pulled up to the house we were a little skeptical at first because the front of the house seemed a little old and run down, but the inside was nicely renovated. It’s also not 100% finished and there is still some work to be done around the house & backyard. Overall, we didn’t have any complications and Felix was quick to respond with any questions.

Great communication from the host!
Property was very clean, which is a priority during our stays. Exactly as described in listing. While a few spots require a bit of finish carpentry, those finishing touches did not negatively impact our stay.
Location was conveniently located in a neighborhood undergoing a renaissance.
Nice touches on the part of the host: All linens provided. Essential items for kitchen, laundry, and bath available if needed. Snacks and drinks provided. Streaming services available on the TVs.
Noteworthy: smoke detectors located throughout the property and easy access to fire extinguisher. Host knows that safety of guests is important.
For our family, the property was much better and more affordable than being in a hotel. We would stay at Rustic Charm again.

Within 15 minutes of The Hill, Fox, Soulard & Botanical Gardens. Was great for our girlfriend getaway!!

The townhouse was perfect for our stay in St. Louis. We had plenty of room for everyone, and it was close to the attractions in St. Louis. The home itself is nicely furnished (not overdone), and comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay!

Outside at night was kind of worrisome because it was so dark. Over all there were no issues and the house was amazing!

My husband and I planned a spring break trip with our kids (ages 4, 9, 11, 15, 16 x2). This two story brownstone was a great location for us! We were close to the zoo, Union Station, City Museum and more.
They provided small toiletries, coffee, laundry soap and a few snack which were all utilized! ; )
Our twins hung out in the bedroom on the first floor offering them some privacy. 3 of the bedrooms had their own TV and all TVs had streaming services provided.
The management team was very responsive during our stay. AND I forgot an AirPod in the bed, they called to report finding it before I even realized it was missing and shipped it back to me!
We would definitely stay again!

House is newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Towels and linens were high quality and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and dish tabs. Good WI-FI and streaming services. Felix was always prompt in responding to my communications. They also were extra hospitable by providing bottled waters, snacks and assorted toiletries, such as razors, deodorant, etc. The book with information on local attractions/stores/restaurants was very helpful. The University of St Louis is next door and provides a lovely place to walk. Would definitely stay here again.
