We had the best time on our college reunion
weekend. The condo was just perfect for the four of us. We loved our view of the lake! Restaurants and shopping were so close. We even had really nice dining just steps away.
The condo was beautiful, clean and well-equipped. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Gina, for having such a wonderful place for people to book on vacation.

Our group of 6 enjoyed the condo so much we picked up dinner and dined in to enjoy the view! Gina was awesome and responded quickly to our questions. The area is quiet and absolutely beautiful and very clean. We will be back!

The property was exactly as described. The restaurant in walking distance was amazing! The maintenance crew probably needs to mow more often, by the end of our stay the lawn was too high to walk through (minor inconvenience at worst). Would stay again.

It was the perfect location for us to see the area of Lake Norman for the first time. We were able to see all surrounding towns and the city of Charlotte and come back for a wonderful evening on the lake every night. The proximity to Port City Club was extremely convenient because it gave an exceptional dinner option every night. Food and service there was outstanding. The condo itself was wonderfully kept. Very clean and updated. I couldnt say enough wonderful things about the property/location/and area in general. We can’t wait to come back again!!

The condo is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Everything is new and comfortable - beds, linens, furniture, etc. The owners have gone above and beyond to make their home welcoming with wonderful amenities like full coffee set up, toiletries, umbrellas, beach towels, menus, maps, etc. We felt right at home. We were in town for a college graduation and the condo was the perfect retreat for our family between the various graduation events. It was conveniently located to the Davidson campus plus all the wonderful area restaurants. We loved being on the water for a peaceful cup of coffee in the morning or a casual walk on the boardwalk in the afternoon. A top notch VRBO experience.

The property is clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. Gina responded quickly to 2 texts. The patio has a nice table and chairs with a great Lake view.
I wish there had been a floor/reading lamp or two in the living room. And maybe some throw blankets. This did not negatively impact our stay however and we would definitely return.

My family of 6 spent the weekend here. The views are fantastic. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated, very clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were quick to answer questions prior to our arrival and our check in/check out was very easy. We will definitely stay here again!

We have family living in the Charlotte area and had several family members from out of town join us. This was a good space for us to enjoy some time and visit. People were in and out, but was nice to have the extra space versus a hotel. Condo was clean and spacious and included everything we needed. Would definitely return.

We have stayed in this unit before and loved it. We were thrilled to be able to get it again last week. It is the perfect location in Cornelius, NC. Very close to great restaurants, marinas and the lake. Fantastic views to enjoy on the patio each night. Beautifully decorated and everything provided for amenities. The owners/hosts were fantastic to communicate and deal with. We had no problems with anything and totally enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back again. The only minor issue was that the pool was closed due to a pump not working, so we could not use the pool. We rented a boat and enjoyed the lake three of the days we were there. We highly recommend this unit!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this ground level condo with views of Lake Norman. It was conveniently located between Davidson and Concord with easy access to restaurants and activities. The condo was well equipped with helpful instructions and suggestions. We will stay here again when we visit family

This condo is gorgeous! It is more bright and spacious than it looked in the photos. Our family of 4 had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our trip. The view of the lake is amazing. The condo was very easy to find. I've never stayed somewhere that was so clean and organized. It was perfect!

The condo is perfectly situated on the lake, peaceful and beautiful views from the master bedroom, living room and outdoor patio. Very roomy and comfortable for 4 of us, nicely furnished, and contained everything we needed and more. Great location, right next door to a nice restaurant with a bar. We had a great time, I would definitely go back and very much recommend!
