Rooms were clean and large.
The TVs were all unplugged. I had to.move the dressers plug them in, reboot the box and change the input. The Internet did not work the entire time I was there which was extremely inconvenient. When I called down to the front desk they just gave me a number for their subcontracted tech dept. I spent 2.5 hours trying to get it resolved. You also have to request your room be cleaned the night before. Would not recommend.

Stuff was super nice n didn’t mind stopping to help anytime of day for anything.
Walls are a little thin sound like someone trying to come made me feel unsafe. pool and fitness room was close due to maintenance

Everything was good. I walked into the room. Everything was nice and fresh. There was a huge fan in the room on the floor. I guess it was there to dry the floor. I like fans, so it did not bother me. However, it was a bonus to me. I normally bring a fan because I cannot sleep without it, but I forgot it. Kudos :)

The location was great, nearby restaurants were perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also delicious.
The bed was too hard and the heater for the pool and hot tub was broken.

The property was very nice and kid friendly! The breakfast was very good and the indoor pool was a big plus! We came in to go to Renfair and it was very close to the property! We’ll definitely be booking here again!

We had the king suite which was comfortable for 3 people. The property is also pet friendly and restaurants are within walking distance. They had a very good breakfast, better than most hotels I’ve stayed in.
There wasn’t a door on the bedroom, which didn’t leave much privacy. There charge a nightly pet fee instead of a one time pet fee, which can become expensive.

Location, cleanliness and spacious room. Very conveniently located around many restaurants so you can park your car for the night.

The room was noisy. The hallways were filthy. The breakfast was very good. The bed was adequate. All in all an overpriced
hotel. Oh, and the staff was very nice but failed to tell me they were taking a 100.00 security deposit. Too much!

Nice to have the front part of the room and the main bed area divided by the bathroom and a tv in both areas. Beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly. Central location. Nice to see vehicle parked from our window.
AC unit quite noisy. Unit dated, carpet a bit grungy, towels revealed stains when wet. Hallway noisy for person sleeping on sofa bed.

Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. No complaints. There was a variety of options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and good size.
The parking lot was very tight. I will say that it was very lit and safe, however the parking was a bit difficult.

I have stayed in several Comfort Inns and Suites and they are very nice. The breakfast selection is good for a quick pick me me up in the morning.
They were lots of fruit flies and flies during breakfast which made it a little uncomfortable to eat. The painting job in the hotel was subpar should have maybe hired better contractors our bathroom wasn't even completely painted.

rooms were dated but clean, and that’s all you can really ask for from a one night stay on an interstate hotel. the jacuzzi in the room was really nice after a long day of driving. front desk staff was nice and it had your typical hotel breakfast in the morning. checkout was at noon and i got to sleep in a little longer than normal. would stay again if I make this drive in the future.
