Let yourself be seduced by a modernist apartment in the center of the city. It has spacious and bright spaces, mosaic modernist floors and quiet rooms that will make you feel like home. We have 5 rooms, 3 double beds and 4 single beds in total. 2 bathrooms full equipped and 2 toilets. There are two kitchens, one in the front, close to a table and the balconies and the other in the bottom. The apartment has three AC and also two fans in the ceiling. In the winter we provide with three big electric heaters to keep the apt cozy. There are a few steps (approx 40) before you get to the elevator.

Perfect size, perfect location, wonderful experience for our family crew of 9 adults!

This property comfortably accommodated 10 American retirees with all the comforts of home in one of the world's most livable and delightful cities. It is just as it looks in the pictures. The pictures do not capture the convenience, charm and walkability of the neighborhood. If you want to experience life in Barcelona, this is the place! Ana, our host, was lovely and very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend.

Having rented VRBOs 3x in Barcelona, this was easily the best. The best location, the most spacious and perfect for our group of 3 couples. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. We were able to utilize the well-appointed kitchen, and check-in and out without issue.

One of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed in Europe! So much charm & room for so many. We had 7 of us & had more than enough room. Loved the location, within yards of the Arch, shopping & restaurants. Ana is one of the nicest hosts we’ve met as well. Went above & beyond to help us w/our luggage & our early check in bc our flight schedule. Can’t wait to come back!!

booked for the convenient location - it was very central to many attractions and restaurants. we had three family units, and it was very comfortable for all. Ana was very helpful throughout the booking process and also when we were in the property.

There was lots of room and many added touches. Lovely renovation that made this a great apartment for 6 , and could have accommodated more. And it was a perfect location to explore Barcelona

Ana was very responsive to questions and apartment in excellent location. Had some challenges with lack of cooler air in two rooms, but made it work.

We loved the location, design and ease of the place. AC in only two bed rooms and the main living room but if we left those all the bedroom Doors open it worked. Our hostess was accommodating and informative! The place was spotless when we arrived and she even let us leave our luggage in the foyer before checking. 3 sets of keys for the 9 of us worked out great. It really was such a lovely place and a great location! Hope to come Again.

Two full and 2 half baths were sufficient for everyone, and the space is very comfortable and roomy. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, a short walk to a couple of Metro stations, Plaza Catalunya/La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter.
Our hostess was very accessible and obliging, allowing us to store our luggage until check in time and check out time.
We recommend this beautiful apartment to any group of up to 10.

We loved our stay. A beautiful, stylish place in a fantastic location. Sparkling clean. Great communication with Ana. We were able to drop our bags off before check-in. Would love to go back!
