Walk to several good breakfast places is nice, especially in Orange County. There is also a CVS and even an ACE which I actually needed. Host communication was great, with quick response time on questions. USB ports on the bed side table lamp. Kitchen and bath had everything we needed.

You need the blinds closed all the time because your view is on the parking structure right where the stairs come down and everyone walks by. It's not really a great place to hang out during the day (weather was not supportive of using the pool area). The listing calls this "Offering direct access to a terrace with garden views" The second bed is an air mattress. The listing says "Living room:1 sofa bed"

Large room, kitchen, pool and jacuzzi.

No microwave.

Location is steps away from good restaurants, grocery shopping, Malls. Basketball courts, Tennis and swimming on the premises. Also near great walking trails, coffee houses, all around great location. We appreciate the cleanliness, and plenty of paper products. Excellent Host.

We didn't like that there was no view and no patio furniture. No cable system, needs coffee table in front of the couch. Needs to replace fragile bar stools with standard bar stools for safty reasons. All that being said, we definitely would stay there again. Pro's definitely out way the Cons. Excellent Host.
