Large and warm room! Nice staff! Good location, very near to the train/metro station. Walking to the downtown area is also very convenient (~ 10 min)!

It is a little hard to control the faucet. The soap given to me already break into some pieces before opening it. But these are small things, not matter to me!

The building is a little old now, however it is the style. Lift took forever to arrive.

Everything was great. The location is very nice, you can walk everywhere. we rented 6 rooms for 11 people. And it was the most beautiful trip to Madrid. The staff are amazing. The best thing about this hotel is the attention of the employees. They do their best for comfort. The rooms have a refrigerator, air conditioning, water heater. There are toiletries and cleaning is done every day. Very clean, calm, comfortable beds. The pillows were so good that I slept great. The breakfast was varied and excellent. Our business course was completed wonderfully.

The location is near a very beautiful part of Madrid. It is very easy to walk from the hotel to a lot of central points and sights. The hotel lobby and lounge area is beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly and Ruben in particular went over and above to help us with suggestions for our trip as well as an adapter for our laptop while we were there. The hotel’s late check out option was really helpful as we were flying in the late evening.

The room wasn’t as expected based on the photos listed on booking.com, but it was still comfortable for our stay. The hallways are quite dark due to decor style and no natural lighting. The aircon in our room (704) stopped working after the first day.
