Location
Room was dirty, uncomfortable bed, old pillows and thin walls and the other room started to play loud music at 12 midnight phone in the room in not working that I needed to call their landline on the website just to get a hold of the reception for them to ask the other room to lower their music or else we will call the police. The room, hallways and elevator smells bad!

There was no breakfast. Only coffee
This is not a 4 star property as shown on your site. This is a 1 star. They rent rooms by the hour. There was not even a paper cup in the room for water. We were booked for 1 king bed room, got 2 lumpy queen beds instead. most all metal fixtures in the bathroom were rusted, tissue holder was empty and hanging by one screw, no carpeting on the floor. we booked this hotel based on Booking.com description. Unsafe neighborhood, dirty property.

For starters, I want to say that all of the 5 star reviews are completely FABRICATED by the family that runs this establishment, and that this hotel is a total SCAM. It even appears that the family lives in the rooms occupying the first floor.
On May 3rd I booked a King suite to stay for the night of September 20th for a total of $105.74, which INCLUDED the 14.75% TAX as well as the $3.50/night CITY TAX. Cancellation was available until 6pm on the 20th, this is important.
On the day that we were supposed to check in, my partner and I realized that we were going to be arriving in a little later than expected due to the MTA train system. The original time input on the Booking.com reservation was 3pm-4pm which was confirmed by email by the hotel, but when we noticed that we would be running late, At about 2pm, I made a call to the front desk informing them that I would be checking in closer to 7pm. They told me that would not be a problem and that my room would be ready. We arrived around 6:30pm. Not even 30 minutes after making my courtesy call, I had received an email from the hotel through booking.com that my reservation had been modified, when I opened the email it showed that my new charge for the room had nearly DOUBLED to $208.90 for the single night merely MINUTES within the time limit for cancellation.
When I brought it up to the front desk attendant she stated that the only thing I could do would be to email the manager, who has no set schedule or hours to speak to personally, or to email booking.com. She had no explanation as to why the amount doubled with no cause or reason and basically wanted me to just go away.
The room itself is way SUB PAR, and completely INACCURATE from the photos in the listing. Housekeeping apparently goes on well throughout the night, as I had the pleasure of hearing many doors slam and carts wheeled while I was trying to sleep.

There is no serious management they waited until s to be out and took all our things to use the room we are not sure if there’s was money lost they needed the room and okayed we did check out that we didn’t and we’re reluctant to give our things back we had to threaten with police

There was a moldy smell in the room and in the hotel generally. This was definitely a budget hotel.

TV was wack (one channel) had to be geryrigged to start, no parking, room was cold Had to ask for blankets,beds made sloppily, room in the basement. Dirty sheets and towels were left in windowsill.

It said coffee from 7 - 10am, but no coffee at all. My hair dryer didn’t work and I told the front desk and I was told it would be replaced but nothing happened. The house keepers worked from 12 - 2am in the morning and talked really loud in the hallway, making sleeping impossible.

Very nice Tea House around the corner.
The fact that Booking gave it such a misleading high rating. There was a smell of weed in our first room. The lobby looks like a place you would rent by the hour.

Location is good. It’s very near from airport
Cleanliness is very poor. There is no practice of of cleaning up room each day.

The bed was comfortable, the shower ,toilet and TV worked. The aircon was quiet. Ten minute walk to subway.
No room light, just lamps. No blanket, so the aircon was needed. The room was the only place that didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The area is rundown and dirty.
