nice staff, great service

Extremely close to any stores, restaurants or attractions within walking distance and close to public transit to get even further (Akihabara, Asukasa, Tokyo Skytree, etc.). Buffet breakfast was great.

Parking wasn't free and they initially denied having any parking available, causing major confusion. The non-smokinng room smelled like cigarettes being covered up by the smell of mildew. Facilities are a bit dated and worn.

The same everyday. There should at least 3 days different servings for customers who stay at least 3nights.

It’s a long walk with baggage from and to Shinjuku station.

It was a place to sleep. That's as good as I could say.

Being Tokyo, rooms are always small. This was no exception. However, the orientation of beds, location of table, chairs, refrigerator, etc., really made a small space unworkable. Go to any large supermarket and you'll see Japanese focus on fresh food. Hotel Listel offers so much ultra-processed food for breakfast. No fresh milk, no bread for toast, buns that are stale (I could go on). The breakfast was yuk! Didn't encounter any Japanese at the service desk; and the staff I encountered were perfunctory at best.

clean and private with good location

Great value for price, friendly service, nice breakfast (had miso, coffee, fish), also separate single beds. Hotel is quite old, but clean.

There was no adapter for visitors from abroad or USB charger

it was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating ~ the breakfast was great too! a variety of food to choose from ~ and delicious, good for even the fussiest of eaters.

~ the room was incredibly small with only just enough space to move in, the lounge in the room felt a little unnecessary.

windows aren’t the best.

I was satisfied with the entire package. Good location to enjoy the Shinjuku nightlife, clean room with comfy beds, delicious breakfast and a nice views from the upper floors.

Nothing to complain about.

I like everything about the hotel, hospitality and staff manners.
