A great weekend get away! The home was beautiful, with an AMAZING view, and a little walk to the beach. The kids loved playing at the beach, the adults loved playing games at the large dining table. The home has a great open floor plan, comfortable heated bathroom floors, and overall good vibes! We needed to contact the home manager and they were very responsive! Only edits would be some instructions for locking the doors,as well as maybe some darker shades in the downstairs rooms because the neighbors have their porch lights on at night and it was pretty bright. We are looking forward to our next trip!

Perfect getaway with the family. Gorgeous house with beautiful views.

Here's what I have so far: This place was fabulous overall, spacious and well built. The majority of our party really loved the beds, especially the kids' room. We've never had a better laid out bunk room, usually it's creaky IKEA bunks but these were solid and custom built, VERY nice. The views were breathtaking, of course, and the neighborhood was quiet with many deer roaming about. Grocery is nearby There were a few notable items that could use improvement: The house needs to come with an instruction manual. Between the five remotes for the TV, a dishwasher that seemed mainly to run only when it wanted to, and a bizarre lighting control system, we were continuously baffled at how to dial in our experience. There is a built-in speaker system that we were able to turn on (all country music all the time) but there was no way to change the station or input. Hotline said: "Not a part of the listing so not ours to use." The garbage cans were full when we arrived and no extra cans were provided in the time we were there (four nights) Kitchen is a little short on pots and pans, the oven mitts had holes in them and burns resulted. Dining chairs were insufficient in number, creaky and uncomfortable. While ADA compliance was not claimed, "limited mobility accessibility" was. It would be helpful to have a little more detail on what is meant by that ahead of time. One of our party was in a wheelchair and was luckily able to get into the house via the 2 garage steps thanks to his portable ramps. Overall net positive. We definitely will keep this place in mind for future gatherings.

We loved the spacious house set up perfectly for a family or two. Being right on the beach was wonderful.

We had a group of 5 women for a long weekend stay. House is beautiful, laid out very nicely. Beds were all comfortable. We loved the large, open living/dining/kitchen area with large windows and sliding glass doors the the nice covered porch area. Really great house and we would stay here again!

Everything was great! But for the owner's sake there are a few things that we think could help them. 1. A welcome book with instructions like when the garbage truck picks up, how to run the TVs and music, lock and unlock doors, thermostat, etc. and if anything needs to be done at checkout. 2. sliding pads on the bottom of chair and accent table and bench legs would save the gorgeous wood veneer floor. I put paper towels under the ones we used, because we noticed marks before we used them. We figured stuff out, but didn't want to mess anything up.

Kitchen was well equipped and lovely

the home was so spacious, clean, and beautiful. the open windows gave stunning views of the beach and sunsets. close walk to the beach. warm heated floors in bathroom. open patio with seating chairs were our favorite. would have loved a grill. looking forward to staying here again.
