This is a perfect beach house and is well stocked for a few days of playing in the waves, cruising around on bikes, and exploring Mission Beach.

Everything was exactly as it said. We loved all of the beach accessories that were available. The bunk beds were a bit small for adult children but they managed.

We loved our stay! Beach house was awesome and super clean! Had all we needed to enjoy our beach weekend! Would totally stay again. Whole experience was great.

Easy Location to Uber Back & Forth to Downtown. Plenty of sleeping space for 7 adults. The view from the roof deck was amazing, short walk to the beach.

We loved our stay at the Asbury Manor! Great location, walking distance to the beach, beautiful sunsets! The rooms were a little smaller than we thought, but it worked great for our group! Very clean, all the necessities we needed.

We had a bike with a flat tire. Communication around this was not great. I had to follow up. We also had a water leak and a microwave that was broken. Otherwise everything else was great.

Location is premium, very clean, plenty of space for all. Absolutely loved staying here. Fire pit on the roof was our favorite part.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 5. House was well stocked and beds and pillows were super comfortable. Beach was literally a 3 minute walk and we loved having beach chairs and boogie boards available for our use. I would definitely stay here again!

Half a block from the beach. The most comfortable beds you’ll experience in a rental home. Ever. A short walk from Lazy Eye coffee and Southern Comfort Casual Kitchen. Three private outdoor decks, including the highest deck in the neighborhood, perfect for viewing sunsets and the SeaWorld fireworks. This place is a gem and made our San Diego vacation so comfortable and relaxing.

The property was nice, but the electric problems were a nuisance. Throughout the day the electricity would go on and off for no reason. I was unable to dry my hair one day, unable to use the toaster or appliances one day, and the fan would turn off and on throughout the night as electricity went off and on.

Loved all the amenities including the bikes and fire pit. Views of the bay and ocean were beautiful. It's a great place to share with someone special. 🥰 Thank you for a great experience and we can't wait to come to another property of yours.

This worked out perfect. 75' from the beach boardwalk, house had all the accessories needed and made for a wonderful week on the beach.

This house was perfect for our family of 6! The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. We enjoyed lighting the fire pit upstairs each night and watching the fireworks from Sea World. The 710 staff are amazing people to work with and very responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay again.

The furniture was a bit dated. It served our purpose for a family vacation. The location was nice.

We love to visit South Mission Beach! Longest stretch of sand around, and perfect weather and waves. First time renting this condo and we'll definitely rent it again. The listing is accurate (everything was new), and the rental company is professional. It was a perfect size for us and the kids. The kids bedroom is cute, double bunk and a trundle. Perfect for us. Also, we had our own bathroom and the kids had theirs. The condo is fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. The outdoor dining was great. Very convenient for us all to enjoy the outdoors in the evening. Our favorite part of the condo was the roof-deck. Great comfortable seating. We loved the fire-pit and the comfy blue and orange chairs. You can see the volley-ball players and the surf on one side, and on the other you could see the bay. The unit was one row of houses off the boardwalk, which we preferred for the privacy. We used the bikes and the beach gear (toys, chairs, wagon and boogie boards!) which was a great plus as we didn't have to rent anything. We'd take walks to Belmont in the late afternoon and the kids would play games and get ice cream. We hardly ever drove our rental. Great place, we'll definitely be back!

We picked this rental because we wanted a quick beach getaway. It was perfect, just steps from the beach and walkway. There activities for everyone from playing in the surf to relaxing on one's own private rooftop deck. We plan on coming back. We agreed this awesome condo would be a great place for a boy or girl's trip! Our booking and reservations were convenient. Just Great! Can't wait to come back!
