Quite location. Pool clean and well kept. Other guests friendly.

Squeaking gate. All doors need oil. Kitchen ok but bring an electric kettle. Bed was comfortable but when we stripped it underblanket was grubby and only one pillow slip on pillows. Got a fan eventually check in arrangements need total rethink 20 mins walk x2 after a day travel. Why not a key safe?? Generally run down sink in bathroom didn't drain well.

Very nice place, near the beach and with a pretty pool. Perfect for weekends or few days vacations.

Quiet location but close to the town , nice garden and pool area

The room was stiflingly hot , no air con which we knew in advance but only one tiny electric fan was provided and it was broken inside so when we used it the noise was awful and couldn’t sleep with it on .

Quiet area. Close to very nice sand beaches (5 min walking). Nice with a garden and pool to hang out in.

It was a rather long walk (appr 20-25 minutes one way) to get the keys in the incheck-procedure.

We needed somewhere close to the airport so booked this place. Had one night here. There was a sewerage smell in the apartment. We were woken up at 1am by others in the block returning and being very loud outside. Then the fridge started buzzing loudly. I had 3 hours sleep. Reception is in another hotel about a mile away so there is no one on site in event if problems. No parking except on the roads around. I wouldn’t return.

The pool was very nice. Most of the time empty. Water was clean and warm and pool is big enough for swimming. Shame that available only from 9:30 - 19:30. It would be nice to have early morning swim. Our stay was end of May and weather was great. Hotel is located in a nice area, not too far from the sea, 10-15min walk from first shops with food. There was a washing liquid provided to wash dishes. Kettle to boil water, but only on stove. You will also find equipment to be able to cook, open wine, cut fruit, jucy the lemons and oranges.... Great thing was that you do not have to go back to reception to return the key (thanks god, it is a long walk). You just drop the key into the box at the hotel. We felt safe in the hotel. Staff was friendly.

There is no AC in the room so I cannot imagine sleeping there in summer. We also missed a big mirror in the room. There was non, so if other members took a shower, we had no chance to use the mirror. There was only 1 bag in the small bin, so we had nowhere to throw thrash when full. There were just 2 half rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 3 nights, so we run out of it and used our own paper tissues. There was no drying cloth for dishes so bring one. What we did not like at all - our room was in the ground floor, but right at the gate. = when we sat outside for breakfast / coffee, all people were passing by us, all looked into our room through the window door. We heard the running suitcases and noizy metal gate ALL the time (a lot in and out guests) + people were dropping the keys to the metal box which was also extra nois in our room. You will be lucky to get different room. Wooden chairs were also heard from other rooms.

I booked an apartment online superior apartment and paid extra , I went with my one and half year baby and husband , one I booked it was ground floor and when I went to collect key they said it’s third floor also there was no lift , then they said they will give me ground floor it’s Hard to up and down with baby , rooms were so suffocated, sofa bed was broken couldn’t open it

The apartments are located in a pleasant residential area of the town, street parking is not too difficult to find and it is within easy walking distance of the centre. The small apartment complex is well kept and has a good grassed area around a couple of well maintained pools. The apartment is quite old but has been updated and was very clean.

Unfortunately the apartment had a strong smell of frying fat which took one day to disperse even after I bought air freshener. Not the fault of Sunway, it's difficult to remove such smells between guests' visits. But worse was the noise from neighbours who talked loudly and had a small child that cried a lot, even at night. The walls are so poorly isolated acoustically that it seems as if they are in the same room. You should be aware that you have no privacy or peace if you have someone occupying the apartment next door.

You have to pick the keys up from a hotel that is very far away, I had to book a taxi to go and get the keys. To make sure I could get back, I told the taxi to wait while I picked up the key. Then, I was forced to wait 15 minutes as there was a queue. Taxi ended up costing 15 euros. When I complained about this awful system of collecting the keys, the man behind the desk told me to take it up with booking.com. Terrible service. The apartment itself is very basic. Only one toilet roll and no soap or shampoo. When I asked for an extra toilet roll from a cleaner, I was reluctantly given one. Kitchen equipment was lacking too.

No air conditioning

The garden pool being on the ground floor was really easy to access and very pleasant to look at while eating. Overall the apartment was nice, close to the beach and the city center. I liked that the crib was already mounted in the bedroom and that they’ve accomodated us on the ground floor as requested.

Forcing the guests to go very far from the train station to collect the keys is not ideal, especially when travelling by train (no car, so taxi is the only option and it’s another 20€) and with babies/kids. No A/C (thank god there was a little portable fan), hair-dryer and lack of basics (mini hand-soap and even salt/oil) was a downside. Luckly enough it was not too hot these days.

Misleading advertising about collection ok keys. 1) Website says nearby, after booking another collection point is given. No google map link given to collect keys. Awful soundproofing in the property.

We had a last minute change of guests and they helped us and provided all the necessary requirements to accommodate us best possible! They placed us in Sunway Apollo apartments. They are recently renovated and very comfortable and perfectly located and equipped! Definitely worth the price and will surely return! Thank you!
