Communication from corporate entity was good.

We’ve stayed in booking.com private residences and hotels all over the world. This one doesn’t belong on here. Not up to booking.com standards — unless they’ve lowered them and we need to now consider other sites. Half our party left after one night from the horrible fabreeze smell that covers everything. Linens smell so strong from detergent that our sinuses were ruined. Pets have been allowed, so that’s clearly what the fabreeze was covering up. Our allergies were a mess for a week — and we’re not particularly sensitive. Two rooms’ cheap battery-operated remotes for lights didn’t work, so we couldn’t get light in the room — which is probably for the best as every fixture had the cheapest, harshest bulbs in them. We felt like we were in an examination room, not a home. This is in a pretty sketchy neighborhood, and the neighbors are *not* happy that this has been turned into a “vacation” rental. Also, we've never experienced a rental with no shampoo or soap. Renter beware!

House was perfect...immaculate..comfortable..quaint, beautifully decorated. We were there for a concert and it was close to the venue, easy to get around and would most certainly stay there again.

A small miscommunication surrounding getting the code to the digital lock prior to check in, but all worked out fine.
