Great location and the house felt like home.

In a great spot to be able to be close to everything, the house was nice and had everything you need !

Nothing much to say other than maintenance of outside wasn’t great and some things weren’t super clean eg food on pillows, stinky showers with mould, dirty toilets and felt like the floor wasn’t vacuumed downstairs.

Location was good, walking distance to beach and Surfers Centre. Easy access to property at ground level and use of garage

Property very basic -- kitchen lacking many items / furniture minimum, no chair or shelves in bedrooms / blinds missing from windows and doors. Aircon not functioning -- at least we could not get it to work. No cleaning spray/wipes, no broom. Had to replace batteries in tv remote and garage door (no spares supplied) Kitchen cupboard door/s loose or close to falling off -- managed to replace screws and tighten! Bed linen old and worn thin, pillows old/flat. In conclusion -- someone needs to go right through and check everything and spend some money!
