Outdoor sunset view excellent. Kitchen well stocked and equipped. Comfortable beds and plenty of linens. the only downside was the train so close to property, but we did adjust after one night!

Place was beautiful and well appointed. Everything in good working order and fairly well stocked. Beautiful view and property. There were some areas which hadn't been cleaned well: base of guest room toilet, light switches and kitchen counter, but otherwise clean. Also, we didn't know in advance that there would be a unit above us- they were quite noisy at times (children visiting?). Master bed was very comfortable- could we find out the brand? Overall, very nice place. Thank you.

Property is in a beautiful location.
Dinnerware needs to be renewed as dishes have many chips. Glasses were inadequate.
Duvet cover in guest room has big rip in middle so the duvet was flipped.
General cleanliness in cupboards was lacking. Showerheads need to be unplugged.
When we booked this condo, there was no mention of the upstairs unit.

We had a wonderful stay here in the desert. The owners were very responsive when we had a question. The condo is in a great location in this community. I would recommend it.

Felt the transition between owners. Patio furniture broken, house not stocked with Tp, kleenex. Trash not taken out. Very disappointing compared to my last several stays. Could have been cleaner. No access to pool. ☹️

This property has everything you could ask for on a vacation! Great location, beautiful views right off the patio, pool and spa within 50 yds of location.

We really enjoyed our stay. I was so impressed how the kitchen was appointed everything you needed & more. The owner was very accommodating whenever we had a question, the bed very comfy and the view was amazing not only from the living room but the bedroom as well. Really enjoyed watching all the ducks. We would definitely stay here again

We were extremely happy with renting Adam and Melannie’s condo at Palm Valley Country Club in Palm Desert. This was our fourth or fifth time in the Palm Springs area. The unit was exactly as described. The owners did a great job with the Welcome Information. The entire development is so beautiful and well maintained.

This was a very nice rental . Best equipped place I have ever stayed. Gorgeous golf course views. Sun in the afternoon on the patio. Comfortable bed.. I would rate it as 4.8 and would have given it a 5 except for a few issues such as the loud train nearby, , uncomfortable chairs in LR. . Needs at least a footstool for your feet. Very convenient to have a garage to park your car. Country club beautiful. Pasta night at clubhouse is great

Beautiful property. Lots of extra amenities, especially in the kitchen, to make for a great stay. Easy communication with owners. Consistent train noise day and night is the only negative. Lovely western views!

First time staying at this property as well as within Palm Valley CC. We had one of most memorable and relaxing weekend getaways yet! Thank you for a terrific condo and providing all the necessities and extras being the host. We will happily and excitedly be repeat guests. We enjoyed the patio and watching golfers on Friday try to hit their perfect putt. The pool was steps away and very clean and quiet. Beds were comfy too! We even went to the main club’s restaurant area and enjoyed a drink at the bar. The condo was an easy walk or bike ride from the dining.

My friends and I needed an affordable place to stay while we played 7 rounds of golf over 4 days. This place was easy to access. About 60 steps from a pool/jacuzzi and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back next year and hope to make this an annual event.

This property was great and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool is very close and the community is nice. My only recommendation is that if you are sensitive to sound you want to have ear plugs. There is a train right across the road that runs pretty frequently at all times of day. Also the A/C unit is very loud for the back bedroom guest. Everything else was lovely and the home was clean. Nothing bad, but I would say the main bedroom may need a new mattress as it was a bit lumpy. All in all I would recommend it.

My friend and I have stayed here before and love this condo. We enjoy sitting out on the patio in the mornings and watching the golfers. The owners were quick to respond to our requests. Looking forward to our return.

Thank you Adam & Melannie! We really enjoyed watching the golfers aiming for the 2nd hole, always hoping their ball didn’t land in the water. Your patio is made even more relaxing with the sound of the water fountains…not to mention beautiful hummingbirds. Thank you for being immediately available to accept our phone call when we were checking in (completely our mistake) so sorry to have interrupted your day.

We enjoyed our week at Melannie’s property. It was spacious, well stocked and clean. The best part was sitting on the back patio and enjoying the view. There was some train noise but we got used to the occasional rumbling.

Property was not cleaned from prior guests but property manager and owner remedied the situation quickly - owner provided refund to cover dinner while property was being cleaned. If you are a railroad buff then you'll love the property as a freight rail line runs about 50 yards behind the property - thankfully no crossing horns, but it is loud and trains run often. I did not recall seeing this mentioned in the listing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Palm Valley condo. It is a lovely updated comfortable unit with the best view and location in the complex. Loved sitting on the private patio watching golfers on the island tee.
