The apartment itself was superb!! Brand new, very clean, had every amenity that we could ever want., including washer/dryer/iron/coffeemaker and full kitchen. Decor was so tasteful, even supplied tea, coffee, lovely soaps and supplies in the bathroom. Had no complaints about the apartment. Burlington itself, was a disappointment. So many homeless, mentally ill people in the quaint little town that was the reason we came to Burlington. we did not feel comfortable walking around at night. but.... the apartment was so convenient to the shopping, restaurants and gorgoeus Lake Champlain.

The place was huge for the 2 of us, and looked like it was recently remodeled. It was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The washer/dryer in the unit was so helpful. We would rent it again.

Completely enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and perfectly clean property, fully updated and well-equipped with lots of thoughtful touches. Convenient location for those who want to be near Church Street Marketplace. Gracious and helpful communication from Gabriela, the property manager. All in all, everything one wants in a rental.

This rental was indeed nice, well appointed and clean, we did have an issue with the mattress being too hard, and I like a firm mattress. The owner offered up a mattress topper that was already in the unit, which worked, not great but we were able to sleep. There was also a smell in the apartment that I believe was coming up from the basement area and under the door into the unit. We put a towel on the floor from the inside and the smell went away. It would be great if a door sweep was added and little door insulation added to the door to keep out the basement odors. In addition, I have to comment on the area this is located in, which looked like college living houses, the house next to this property (although they were quiet) is not well kept there was quite a bit of trash everywhere, we felt like we could not walk around at night since the whole neighborhood area around Chruch St. was unkept and lots of graffiti everywhere. Ask for the address and check it out on Google Maps. I will do the same in the future.

We had a great stay! Can’t beat the location - it was just a few steps from the shops and restaurants downtown. The unit was spacious, clean, quiet and updated and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was helpful and communicative. Would visit again the next time we’re in town!

This spot is well located a few minute walk away from all the shops and restaurants on Church St. It was clean and well equipped. Very easy to access the space and the host was communicative and helpful. Would 100% stay again!

This stay was the perfect stay for my partner and I. It is just outside of the heart of Burlington with many food options, bar options, and shopping options all within a 5-10 min walk. The price of this stay is also very affordable especially compared to some other listings and even most hotels. I would definitely book this stay in the future
