This was our second stay in the exact same unit. We were here last year on the same weekend for tours of campus.
The property is in perfect location to campus and everything else. It is spacious for a family.
Beds are pretty hard and bedding needs to be replaced. Sheets on master had weird stains, another bedroom has bleached (i hope) spots all over.
The are literally 4 forks and not near the ample cooking utensils and pots/pans needed to make most any meal.
There is no can opener either.
The downstairs bedrooms can hear ever tip toe movement upstairs and the ability to control the temp on both floors is non existent. One floor has to freeze for the other to be warm.
As an owner of multiple short term rental properties, this one needs TLC.

Guests are asked to “hand wash” dishes used. That is probably why some items were not totally clean. Never actually got coffee pot cleaned. Stubborn stains. AC not working when we arrived but it was quickly fixed.

We were in town to see our daughter perform with the TTU Colorguard for family weekend. We chose this property because of the individual spaces for our kiddos & us. Another key factor was the kitchen, as our college kiddo had specifically requested home cooked meals during our stay. The property was clean, the kitchen well equipped & location was awesome for walking to the game. Garrott was easy to communicate with & check in/out was smooth. We will definitely consider this property on our next Lubbock trip!

This is a large place great for hosting a group and location was very good. This property obviously was not actually lived in-there were many maintenance issues from the TV not working, ants, outlet next to the bed didn’t work, bathroom toilet ran constantly, roof deck door leaked (huge amount of water) when got heavy rain. Otherwise the property was nice. The property manager offered to send somebody over to fix the above issues but we were very busy with Iron Man competition....Decided to just leave a day early

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was so comfortable, well appointed, comfortable beds, and everything you need to make a home away from home. This place is great! I highly recommend it and would book it again. ❤️

Property is outstanding! Everything is clean, bright, new, and modern. Very close to Texas Tech. It's in a neighborhood in transition from old/worn-out to renovated. It's the jewel in the area for now. Only minor issue was the bathroom wastebaskets were placed in a spot and with a foot pedal that made it natural to hit your head on the overhead cabinet when using them. Suggest replacing with regular trashcans to eliminate the leaning down and the bruises and laceration that resulted.

The house was clean and spacious, the beds comfortable, and overall very accommodating for a weekend stay with 7 grown adults! Check in was fast and easy and the house is close to lots of things to do!

We enjoyed this beautiful property - great location near Tech. The bed were comfortable, each with its own bath. Plenty of space, well decorated and very clean. Great communication with Garrott; clear and timely. I plan to stay here again. Thanks, Garrott!

This property was ideal for our visit to Tech. The location was near anything you could want; campus, food, coffee, parks. The layout of the house was nice for spreading out and also accommodated our dogs well. A fun and welcoming atmosphere and very clean. We're looking forward to staying here again soon.

New property with a rooftop deck and furnished well with all the things necessary for a home away from home. Zero issues here and Garrott was an incredibly excellent host. Tou know they're good when you dont want to leave! Also loved the artwork and super clean feel of the space, ample parking, wifi etc. All there!

The property was just as we saw the pictures!!! We were very pleased!! Beds were comfortable, showers great , the rooftop patio was fabulous!! Ceiling fan in downstairs front bedroom really didn’t work but it wasn’t a problem!! We had a little problem trying to lock the front door to go to dinner but called our contact and got the information we needed! The place was exactly what we needed for our trip. The art was just fantastic!! I would recommend to anyone going to Lubbock!!! Thanks so much 💥💃🏻💥

We love this place and it's perfect for 3 couples or a family with kids. Garrott is a great host and we had everything we needed with close proximity to the campus and good restaurants. Love it!
