When Driving: Battery Works: lights, water pump to use the plumbing Propane Works: heater, water heater Generator Works: TV, Blue-ray/DVD player, AC, microwave and power outlets Please let us know your aproximate ETA when you return at least 24 hrs in advance, and 1 hour in prior. Please make sure RV returned full of gas and propane, with both black and grey tanks emptied. Fresh water at about 1/3 level. No Dirt Roads with RV and must remain on paved roads No Pets No smoking. At all. Ever. RV is not allowed to be driven on any type of dirt roads. It must only be driven on paved roads. If you would like to rent from us, please let us know: 1. If the renter needs an extended time frame then that should be discussed or renter should book out an additional day for return time frames. If a delivery service is requested then the same time frame of 2 pm is expected for pick ups. If you are returning from your destination and this time frame is uncertain then you should book out an additional day.
