The property was very clean, well supplied with linens and comfortable beds. The living/ dining and kitchen areas were perfect in size and furnishings to accommodate our family of seven for meals and family time. We really enjoyed this property!

This is the nicest rental I’ve stayed in so far. It was very clean, had everything I needed, had a comfortable couch, tons of extra linens/towels/pillows. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We loved getting to use the hot tub at the nearest pool in Power Ranch.

I was very impressed with this property. It was better than the pictures even showed. everything was very clean, comfortable and had a cozy home feel to it. check in and check out was easy and the property manager was available for any questions. definitely would be staying here again if I was ever back in town.

Staying for a quick visit of our adult kids. Safe neighborhood, quiet. Clean home. Did not eat there so didn’t check on kitchen stocking of pots and pans. Would stay again for sure.

Owner was available by phone when we some questions which isn’t always the case,
He also went above our expectations and left some daily supplies.
We thought the 3 beds were kind of hard but that could just be a matter of taste.

This place was amazing. It has everything you need and decorated so cute. Location is great! Communication was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Property was exactly how expected. Towel bar in master bath was loose, but didn't get chance to inform owner because we had to trips to the hospital for two different family members in the two nights we stayed. Otherwise, appeared to consider everything a person might need. Place smelled delicious as well.

This is a very nice property. We had a few glitches with the family room tv but nothing that detracted from our overall opinion of the property. The property host, Randy, responds immediately to any inquiries and seems determined to improve upon any problems or suggestions. I would recommend a few more condiments in the kitchen for those who prepare meals at the property and to provide kleenex in the bathrooms, but overall it was a 5 star stay and we would highly recommend it for anyone staying in that area.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The townhome was comfortable with plenty of room for us all with updated decor. It was located in a quiet neighborhood just off of the main road with easy access to restaurants and stores as well as a short distance to the Poly campus. We will most likely stay there again.

This townhouse had lots of towels and blankets. It was perfect for our family in Gilbert for a softball tournament. We used one of the pools, and the kids enjoyed it. It was really hot when we got there and took 5 hours to get it cooled down. We'd definitely stay again if we're in the area.

The layout was perfect for us. We loved the area, and it was close to all our activities. It was great to be able to park in the garage, and everything else we needed was right there!

Place was exactly what they pictures showed and more. Very clean, well kept. The cozy home away from home was well stocked and had enough linen to accommodate our group of 5. It was located in a great community within close drives to fwy, shopping, and entertainment. Randy gave clear direction for check-in and made it as easy as possible. The two car garage with remote access was convenient for going and coming . Overall my wife and I were very well pleased and look forward to having Randy and his wife host our stay in future visit to the Gilbert,AZ area in their lovely place.
