Good location

Great location with only a 10 minute quite walk to the beach, numerous multi coloured birds and friendly locals all wishing you a good morning, oh not forgetting the two or three stall holders and lovely lady in the money exchange cabin. Great breakfast cooked to perfection and always on time. Large one bedroom apartment and a pool offering a fantastic way of cooling down. Also had seafood platter, which was gorgeous. We should have eaten in house more often, but so many restaurants grabbed our attention that we never did. Fantastic place with fantastic hosts.

Great breakfast, clean room and fab pool. Wanted a drink, liquor store was walking distance. Beach is close by - auto available or walk.

Doesnt have staff to open/close main gate. Difficult to get any help after 9pm.

Elegant Shades Goa Located in an entirely peaceful area, surrounded by tall coconut trees and lot of greenery, this property houses six, 2 bhk villas, 3 on the ground level and 3 on the first level with balconies, plenty of space to park cars, a gated Banglow with cctv cameras, no hard house rules, with an accessible full fledged market, as rooms are equipped with cooking stove, refrigerator, kettle, cutlery etc. Close to Villa is the Southern Deck, which you must go to. The best part is 30 minutes drive to the Dabolim Airport Goa.

I loved the hosts and how well they maintain and keep the property clean and elegant and we'll aired for their guests. They were able to give a clean room in a few minutes notice and maintainance of the property is quite well done. They were quite hospitable with food requests and requests for iron and water was done promptly too. I loved their special Goan lentil curry and the yummy Goan salads and most of the dishes ordered were tasty. And I quite enjoyed their fresh tender coconut water from their grounds The place was close by to many restaurants that delivered via Zomato, and is quite accessible to the beach in Sernabatim by a short walk or vehicle ride. Great place for a few days stay. The room was spacious, airy, had a clean and well maintained AC, and they had quite a few additional facilities like providing an iron and hot water kettle.

Not a great place for vegetarian or allergy related food issues. Because the food though very delicious and healthy, sometimes had cross contaminations from oil or spices. Hence the veg pulao had mushrooms ( & i didn't expect mushrooms for which i have allergies) and food had meat masala spice cross contaminations. On another day some other food were fried in same oil as shrimp or prawn, that led to the problems with some shrimp allergies I had. Hence for people with specific food requirements and allergies more instructions might have to be given.

Nice owners, personalized breakfast, and dinner on demand. Large 2 room apartment. Balcony. Domino's pizza delivery. Funny and quiet piggies at the back. Beach reasonable walking distance.

Mould smell at the cupboard/safe area. No oven of any sort. Noisy morning, from 8am guests were having breakfast with noisy kids right under our windows. Beach was nice but not as good as others.
