We had an amazing stay! The property was beautiful and spacious and fit everyone’s needs

Extraordinarily well designed North Miami residence situated in a up and coming neighborhood. Gorgeous rear patios and decks with wide water views of the inner coastal. Wonderful stay. Only a few issues to make it perfect: increase the water heater temperature (cold showers are uncomfortable), reset the jacuzzi and pool settings for day rather than the wee late hours of the night, and also better regulate the temperature for both too. The water was either too hot: 105-110 or cold: 85. Caroline and her staff were lovely. Overall the 5 days our group of 9 had spent will always be held with the highest regards.

The house is amazing and the sunsets are spectacular. Caroline (Manager) is great to work with and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was amazing. Very clean, organized and equipped with everything you could need! A beautiful place to wake up every morning. Caroline was amazing! She made the whole process extremely easy and seamless from start to finish. She was professional as well as very personable and beyond helpful. Perfect house for a trip to Miami with friends

We rented this house for my 40th and it was more than we expected. The pictures only show so much as the house in person is so much better. It was clean, beds were comfortable, all the amenities for a weekend were provided. We have no complaints at all. Most amazing part was the view. It was spectacular!! Host was super prompt on communication and we did not have any issues. Thank you again for a fantastic weekend

I rented this amazing home for my husbands 40th birthday. This was my first time renting a home and couldn’t have been more pleased. My husband couldn’t have been more surprised!!

The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group. The location is great as you are away from the hustle and bustle of south beach, but a close ride to south beach, downtown, bal harbour etc. We were blown away with the beauty of the house. The pictures are amazing, in real life its better. Caroline was an expert communicator, and very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. The outdoor space is perfect for a sunny day, or rainy day as well.

Your host Caroline will be responsive and a pro.... and your stay (at the recently built built 2016 Villa is lovely) will be just what you’re looking for....... a nice dock and great views will make you wish you have a boat for that new dock.....(which can be arranged locally).

The house is absolutely stunning, sitting on the back porch and having a beer was so relaxing. Also, they have the cool green lights in the water, where fish swim around. The whole house has Sonos sound system which was perfect. As my business partners and I love music. Caroline was very easy to work with. We will be staying here again if available for all future work trips

This home truly is magnificent! My husband and I were traveling with a few other couples to celebrate my 40th birthday and this house made for an absolutely incredible birthday getaway! We were greeted in the mornings by a gorgeous view of the water and a couple of dolphins that regularly swam by!!! We thought we would get out into the city for drinks in the evening, but WHY would you leave when you can enjoy a glass of wine on the rooftop overlooking a breathtaking sunset & the Miami skyline???! What more could you want?? The home has gorgeous modern decor and furnishings, a kitchen equipped with any & everything including top of the line appliances. Its very spacious and just all around stunning. The pool and outdoor areas are amazing! Wow! Caroline was also a perfect host; very kind and accommodating and maintained excellent communication. Just add good company and you are sure to have a dream vacation!!!

Everything was immaculate. The pool and the view were both incredible. The owner was easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. If you are looking for the perfect vacation home, look no further.
